조립식 철제캐비닛

본 고안은 분해, 조립식으로 구성한 조립식 철제캐비닛에 관한 것으로, 캐비닛을 분해하여 포장하므로서 포장비와 운반비를 절감하고 조립후에는 조립용 보올트등이 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하여 외관이 양호해지도록 한 것이다.
종래에도 여러종류의 조립식 캐비닛이 제안되어 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 조립식 철제캐비닛은 그 구성과 조립공정이 복잡하고 조립을 위한 별도의 부품이 많이 소요되며 또 조립후에는 조립용 보울트등이 외부로 노출되어 가구로서의 품위를 손상시키게 되는등 여러가지 결점이 있어 현재까지도 실용화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다.
본 고안의 종래의 조립식 철제캐비닛이 지닌 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 캐비닛 전면문틀의 후방에 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부를 연설하여 이 절곡부에 양측판을 조립할 수 있도록 하고 양측판 및 뒷판에는 지지편을 형성하여 이 지지편에 하판과 선반등을 끼워 조립할 수 있도록 하므로서 캐비닛의 구성과 조립공정이 지극히 간단해짐은 물론 조립후 외관이 양호해질 수 있도록 한 것인바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 그 구조를 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 첨부도면 제1도와 같이 문(2)이 부착된 문틀(1)과 양측판(3)(4), 뒷판(5), 상판(6) 및 하판(7)으로 구성되어 있다. 문틀(1)의 후방에는 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부(1a)가 형성되어 있고 양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5)에도 각각 내측으로 절곡된 절곡부(3a)(4a)(3b)(4b)(5a)가 형성되어 있으며 하판(7)에도 역시 하향절곡된 절곡부(7a)가 형성되어 있다.
양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5)의 적의의 위치(통상적으로 상, 하 2개소)에 다수개의 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b)이 내측으로 돌출형성되어 각판(3)(4)(5)의 내측면과 각 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b)사이 공간틈에 하판(7)의 하향절곡부(7a)가 끼워질 수 있도록 되어 있고 상판(6)에도 역시 상향돌출된 다수개의 지지편(6a)이 형성되어 상판(6)의 상면과 지지편(6a)사이에 양측판(3)(4) 및 뒷판(5)의 절곡부(3b)(4b)(5a)가 끼워질 수 있도록 되어 있다.
문틀(1)의 절곡부(1a)와 양측판(3)(4)의 각 절곡부(3a)(4a)(3b)(4b) 및 뒷판(5)에는 조립을 위한 조립공(8)(9)(10)이 각각 뚫려 있고 상판(6)에도 조립공(11)이 뚫려 있어 각 조립공(8)(9)(10)(11)을 보울트(12)와 너트(13)로 결합할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 다음과 같은 순서로 조립한다. 먼저 양측판(3)(4)의 절곡부(3a)(4a)에 뚫린 조립공(9)과 뒷판(5)의 조립공(10)을 보올트(12)와 너트(13)로 결합된다. 양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5)이 결합된 상태에서 양측판(3)(4)의 상측절곡부(3b)(4b)와 뒷판(5)의 상측절곡부(5a)를 상판(6)의 상면과 지지편(6a)사이에 형성된 공간틈에 끼워 상판(6)의 조립공(11)과 양측판(3)(4) 및 뒷판(5)의 조립공(9)(10)을 결합한다. 이렇게 양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5) 및 상판(6)이 결합된 상태에서 양측판(3)(4)에 형성된 전면절곡부(3a)(4a)와 문틀(1)후방에 형성된 내향절곡부(1a)를 결합한 후 양측판(3)(4) 및 뒷판(5)의 내측면과 각 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b) 사이에 형성된 공간틈에 하판(7)의 하향절곡부(7a)를 끼우면 조립이 완료된다.
이때 상방에 끼워지는 하판(7)은 선반의 기능을 가지게 되며 용도에 따라 하판(7) 하나만을 끼워 사용할 수도 있다.
이와 같이 본 고안은 각 구성부분을 별도의 부품이 없이 간편하게 조립할 수 있고 조립공정이 종래의 조립식 캐비닛에 비해 매우 간편할 뿐 아니라 문틀(1)과 양측판(3)(4)에 연설된 절곡부(1a)(3a)(4a)를 보울트(12)와 너트(13)에 의해 조립하고 또 양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5)에 형성된 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b)에 하판(6) 또는 선반을 끼워 조립하게 되므로 조립용 보울트가 외부로 노출되지 않아 외관이 양호해지는 등 효과가 있다.

  1. 문틀(1)과 양측판(3)(4)에 내향절곡된 절곡부(1a)와 절곡부(3a)(4a)를 각각 형성하여 절곡부(1a)와 절곡부(3a)(4a)를 맞대어 결합하고 양측판(3)(4)과 뒷판(5)엔는 내향돌출된 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b)을 다수개 형성하여 각 지지편(3c)(4c)(5b)과 각 판(3)(4)(5)사이 공간틈에 하판(7)의 절곡부(7a)를 끼워 고정시키도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 조립식 철제캐비닛.
