Claims (6)
- 무기산의 주석염을 함유하는 무기산 인듐염의 용액을 이온교환 수지와 접촉시킴으로써 제조되며, 인듐산화물중이 인듐을 기준으로 하여 산화인듐 약 0.5내지 약 30중량%, 주석으로 환산해서 산화 주석 약 0.5 내지 약30중량% 및 분산제로 이루어진 산화 주석 인듐 졸 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산의 인듐염이 염화 인듐 또는 질산 인듐인 사화 주석 인듐 졸조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무기산의 주석염이 염화 제2주석인 산화 주석 인듐 졸 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이온교환 수지가 교환 그룹으로서 1급 아미노그룹, 2급 아미노그룹, 3급 아미노그룹 또는 4급 암모늄 그룹을 지닌음이온 교환 수지인 산화 주석 인듐 졸 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소수 1내지 18의 직쇄, 포화 지방산 약 0.001내지 약 10중량%가 추가로 함유된 산화 주석 인듐 졸 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 지방산이 아세트산인 산화 주석 인듐 졸 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
