Claims (7)

  1. 나선형수관(11)이 내장된 대류부로 구성된 배기보일러에 있어서, 대류부는 환상형 공간(21)으로 되어있고, 배기 가스의 바이패스로(13)는 환상형 공간(21)으로 둘러싸인 실린더(22)형이며, 바이패스(13)의 벽에 음향 흡수재료(16)가 열지어 있어 바이패스로가 소음기 역할도 함께하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기보일러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소음 효과를 개선하기 위해 제2 실린더(23)가 환상형 공간(21)으로 돌러싸인 신린더(22)내부에 설치되며, 제2실린더의 외표면에 음향 흡수물질(16)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 보일러.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배기 가스 입구부분(18)과 대류부분(21) 사이의 연결부(19)에서 흐름저항이 입구부분(18)과 바이패스로(13) 사이의 흐름저항보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 보일러.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 배기가스 입구부분(18)은 바이패스로의 입구 가까이 뻗어있어 바이패스고(13)와 동심을 이루며, 입구부분(18)의 직경이 바이패스는(13)의 내경보다 약간커서 입구부분(18)과 대류부(21) 사이에 환상형 구멍(19)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로하는 배기 보일러.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 바이패스로(13)의 조절장치(12)는 바이패스로의 입구 끝부분에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 보일러.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 조절장치는 보일러 동체에 지지된 제동판(12)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 보일러.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 불꽃 차단기(17)는 바이패스로(13)의 입구 끝부분에 설치되고, 바람직하게도 불꽃 차단기가 내실린더(23)의 지지구조가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 보일러.
