Claims (10)

  1. 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴을 수소, 산 및 수소참가 반응 촉매의 존재하에 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 산출하고 이것을 촉매에 의한 수소첨가를 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 산출한 후, a) 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물(R은 수소가 아님)을 가수분해하고, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물(R=H또는 이것의 염)을 유기 또는 무기산, 포름아미드 또는 (3-(디메틸아미노)-2-아자프로프-2-엔-1-일리덴)-디메틸암모늄 클로라이드와 반응시키거나 또는 b)일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물(R은 -COR1임)을 포름산 수용액과 반응시켜 N,N′-비스포르밀 유도체로 전환시키고, 이것을 포름아미드와 선택적으로 NH3의 존재 또는 NH3를 방출하는 물질의 존재하에 반응시켜서 다음 일반식(I)의 1-(2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-펜틸]-1-1,2,4-트리아졸을 제조하는방법.
    상기식중, R은 수소, -CHO, -COR′, -COOR′ 또는 -CONH2이며, 여기서 R′는 탄소수 1-4인 알킬, 벤질 또는 페닐기임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소, -CHO, -COR′또는 -COOR′(여기서 R′는 메틸 또는 에틸임)인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 이용하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 -COR″(여기서 R″는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸기임)인 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 이용하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드라진의 반응이 유기매체 또는 수용성 유기매체에서 수행되는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드라진의 반응이 탄소수 1-4인 알칸올 또는 이것과 물과의 혼합물에서 수행되는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드라진의 반응에 수소첨가 반응 촉매로서 라니(Raney)니켈 또는 로디움(rhodium)을 담체와 함께 사용하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴과 일반식(Ⅱ)의 히드라진의 반응이 탄소수 1-4인 지방족 단일카르본산의 존재하에 수행되는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 히드라존을 수소참가하여 일반식(Ⅳ)의 히드라진으로 전환시키는 반응이 유기용매, 특히 초산, 메탄올, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, sec-부탄올, tert-부탄올 또는 이들 알콜류와 에틸아세테이트의 화합물등의 존재하에 수행되는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 히드라존을 수소첨가하여 일반식(Ⅳ)의 히드라진으로 전환시키는 반응촉매가 라니니켈, 로디움 또는 백금 촉매인 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-발레로니트릴을 초산 및 수소첨가 반응촉매의 존재하에 다음 일반식(Ⅱa)의 아실히드라진과 반응시켜 다음 일반식(Ⅲa)의 2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-펜틸리덴)-2-아실히드라진을 형성하고, 이것을 수소 첨가하여 다음 일반식(Ⅳa)의 1-(2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-펜틸)-2-아실히드라진을 산출하고, 다시 이것을 포름산과 반응시켜 1-(2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-펜틸)-1,2-디포르밀히드라진으로 전환시키고, 또 다시 이것을 120-180℃에서 포름아미드와 반응시켜 1-(2-(2,4-디클로로페닐)-펜틸)-1H-1,2,4-트리아졸로 전환시키는 제조방법.
