제2도는 유리본체 주조에 적합한 또 다른 실험실 장치를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 필요로 하는 최종 생성물의 기하학적 형태와 아주 유사한 형태를 갖는 유리예비 성형체를 제조하고; 최종생성물에 필요화 하는 기하학적 형태를 부여할 수 있는 정밀한 내부배열을 갖는 주형을 제조한 후; 이 예비성형체를 유리가 188내지 1012포이즈 범위의 점도를 갖게 되는 온도로 노출시키며; 이 주형을 예비성형체 온도 또는 그 부근 온도로 노출시키고; 이 예비성형체가 전술한 점도 범위내에 있는 동안 주형에 넣고, 주형과 예비성형체가 적어도 주형부근에서는 거의 동일 온도로 유지되고, 또 예비성형체가 주형과 일치되는 형체를 이룰 수 있도록 이 주형에 충분한 시간동안 부하를 걸어주며; 이 유리형체를 유리점도가 1013포이즈 미만인 온도에서 주형과 분리시키고; 또 그 후에 이 유리형체를 아닐링 하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 고정밀도와 우수한 표면 특성 유리형체의 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리가 100내지 650℃ 온도 범위에서 108내지 1012포이즈 범위의 점도를 갖게되는 조성물임을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서. 예비 성형체가 점도 108내지 5×1010포이즈의 점도를 갖는 온도에서 형체를 이룸을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부하가 약 1 내지 50,000psi 범위로 주형에 부가됨을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 부하가 종료되는 시점에서 적어도 주형부근의 예비성형체 온도와 조형온도의 온도차가 약 20℃를 초과하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느하나에 있어서, 유리점도가 1012포이즈 미만인 온도에서 유리형체를 주형과 분리시킴을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 유리 예비성형체가 산화물기준 중량% 분석결과로 주로 30내지 75%P2O5; R2O가 0 내지 20% Li2O, 0 내지 20% Na2O, 0 내지 20% K2O, 0내지 10% Rb2O 및 0 내지 10% CS2O로 구성되는 3내지 25% R2O, 3 내지 20% Al2O3와 〉3% 그러나 〈24% F로 구성되고, F:Al 원자비율이 1.5 내지 5이고 또 R:P 원자비율이 1미만임을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 주형과 예비성형체가 적어도 주형부근에서는 거의 동일온도로 유지되고 또 예비 성형체가 주형과 일치되는 형체를 이룰수 있도록, 108내지 5×1010포이즈의 점도를 갖는 예비 성형체를 주형과 함께 충분한 시간동안 부하를 걸어주고; 이 주형이 적어도 이 주형 부근에서의 유리형체가 약 1011내지 1012포이즈의 점도를 갖는 온도로 냉각되는 동안 부하를 이 주형에 유지시키며; 이 주형과 적어도 이주형 부근에서의 유리형체가 거의 동일온도를 유지할 수 있도록 이 온도와 부하를 충분히 오랜 시간 동안 유지하고; 이 유지형체를 주형과 분리시키며; 또 이어 이 유리형체를 아닐량시킴을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이 유리예비성형체를 주형에 인입시키고, 또 이 예비성형체와 주형을 유리점도가 약 108내지 1010포이즈 범위내인 온도로 노출시키며 도 예비성형체의 형상을 주형과 일치시키기 위하여 이 주형에 부하를 가하고; 이 예비성형체를 주형과 분리하여 또 다른 주형으로 장입시키며; 또 이 예비성 형체와 또 다른 주형을 유리점도가 약 1011내지 1012포이즈 범위내에 있는 온도로 노출시키고 또 이 주형과 예비성형체가 적어도 주형 부근에서는 거의 동일 온도로 유지되고 또 예비성형체가 주형과 일치되는 형체를 이룰 수 있도록 이 주형에 충분한 시간동안 부하를 걸어줌을 특징으로 하는 주조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이 예비성형체와 주형이 유리점도가 약 108내지 1010포이즈 범위인 온도로 노출될때에, 주형과 예비성형체가 적어도 주형부근에서는 거의 동일한 온도로 유지되고, 또 예비성형체가 주형과 일치되는 형체를 이룰 수 있도록 이 주형에 충분한 시간동안 부하를 걸어줌을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
