Claims (1)

  1. 도면과 (제1도) 같이 철골 구조물대(9) 위에 하나의 축(10)으로 연결된 발전기(1) 및 모우터(2)로서 1차전류, 또는 엔진(8)과 클럿치(7)로서 회전력을 정상회전으로 가속시킨 후 동력을 차단하여도 자석관성링(3)의 탄력과 자석 구조물(4)의 반발력을 이용하여 발전기(1)에서 전류를 생산하고 생산된 전류를 모우터(2)가 흡수하여 연속 회전하여 타의에 동력을 전달하고 발전기(1)에서 생산된 전류의 일부를 얻어 쓸 수 있는 반 영구적인 무동력 발전기.
