평평한 다심 절연 케이블용 개량 접속장치
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 접속방법을 설명하기 위한 전형적인 직 렬 "D"극소형접속장치의 전개 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 접속방법에 있어서의 단자의 배열을 나타내는 직렬 "D" 단자형태의 부분 평면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 사용되기에 특히 적합한 양분형(兩分形) 숫단자를 나타내는 접속장치 저부의 부분 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 각 단자는 단체에 수직으로 되어 있고 또한 서로 어긋나게 형행한 열내에 배치되어 있으며, 이 단자에 는 공통 평면내에서 서로 일정한 간격으로 평행하게 배열되어 그 사이에 슬로트를 형성시키는 한쌍의 각부가 있고, 상기 슬로트의 중심간 간격은 도체의 중심간 간격보다 넓게 되어 있는 피어스형 접속장치의 단자와 평평한 다심 절연 케이블의 도체를 전기적으로 접속시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 각부가 위치하는 평면을 상기 접속장치의 횡단축에 대하여 예정된 각도만큼 편기되게 위치시켜서 상기 슬로트의 중심간 간격이 상기 도체의 중심간 간격과 일치되도록 하고, 상기 케이블을 상기 슬로트 쪽으로 예정된 각도로 이동시켜서 각 쌍의 각부의 말단부가 자신의 상부에 위치된 도체양면의 절연층을 관통하여 이 각부 사이의 도체 부분의 절연이 파괴되도록 하고, 상기 각부 및 이 사이의 도체 부분이 전기적으로 접속되도록 하여주는 단계로 구성되는 전기적 접속방법.
