제1도는(a), (b)는 본 발명 섬유의 바람직한 횡단면 형상을 예시한 것으로서,
(a)는 돌기를 5개를 가진 거의 U자형의 이형(異形) 단면섬유.
(b)는 돌기를 3개가진 중공 이형 단면섬유.
제1도는(c), (d)는 다른 횡단면 형상을 예시한것.
제2도는 발명의 실시예1에 있어서의 실리콘 유제(油劑)처리후의 열처리 시간과 얻어지는 섬유의 정(靜)마찰계수 ㎲와의 관계를 표시한 그래프.
Claims (5)
- 단섬유데니르(Denier) D가 0.1∼3데니르, 섬유간 정(靜)마찰계수 ㎲가 0.14이하, 권축수(券縮數)CN(개/25mm)가 4∼14, 권축률 Ci(%)와 권축수 CN의 비 Ci/CN이 0.6∼1.8이며, 또한 본문중에서 규정하는 HC·2(cm)가 7.3이상, HC·2/H25가 6.5이상, SD(g/㎠/cm)가 0.4이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 안솜(Wadding)용 합성섬유.
- 횡단면 형상이 복수개의 돌기를 가지며, 본문중에서 규정하는 단면변형비 S가 5000/√D이상(단 D는 단섬유 데니르를 표시함)인것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의범위 제1항기재의 합성섬유.
- 잠재권축능에 의해 발현한 입체 권축형태를 가진것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 합성섬유.
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주된 반복단위로 하는 폴리에스테르로 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 기재의 합성섬유.
- 횡단면형상이 실질적으로 U자형인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 것인가에 기재의 합성섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
