제 4 도는 계합된 위치의 본 발명에 따른 액슬축 단절장치의 단면도로서 이탈된 위치가 점선으로 표시되어 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하우징; 축회전 가능하게 상기 하우징내 배치된 스파이더; 상기 축주위에 동심으로 배치되고 상기 스파이더에 취부된 링 기어; 상기축에 수직으로 배치되고 상기 스파이더내에 취부된 스터브축; 그 스터브 축상에 배치된 한쌍의 피니온 기어; 상기 피니온 기어들의 각각과 맞물리도록 상기 축 주위에 배치되고 외측으로 향한 면 결합 기어치를 가지고 있는 한쌍의 사이드 기어; 단부가 상기 스파이더내에 배치되고 상기 축을 따라 배치되며 상기 단부에 인접히 수(male) 스플라인을 가지고 있는 한쌍의 액슬 축; 상기 액슬 축들의 각각의 주위에 배치되고 상기 액슬축의 스플라인과 맞물리는 암(female) 스플라인을 가지고 있으며, 내측으로 향한 면 결합 기어치들을 가지고 있는 클러치 칼러; 제어부재; 제 1 위치와 제 2 위치 사이에서 상기 제어 부재를 이동시키기 위한 작동기 수단; 상기 제어 부재에 일단이 견고히 취부되어 있고 반대측 단부에는 상기 클러치 칼러들중 하나에 계합하여 축 방향으로 직선 운동시키기 위한; 수단이 설치된 제어 아암; 상기 클러치 칼러들중 다른 하나에 계합하여 축방향으로 직선 이동시키기 위한 수단이 일단에 설치되고, 각 하우징에 축선회 가능하게 취부된 레버아암; 상기 사이드 기어들의 결합치들이 상기 제 1 위치에 동력전달 방식으로 맞물리고 상기 클러치 칼러들의 결합치들과 상기 사이드 기어들의 결합치들이 상기 제 2 위치에 자유회전하게 배치되도록 상기 레버 아암의 타단을 상기 제어 봉에 탄력적으로 연결하기 위한 스프링 수단으로 구성된 자동차 차동 기어장치.
