제2 및 3도는 제1도의 장치를 각각 제2 및 제3위치 상태로 도시한 정측면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 본문에 상술하고 도면에 도시한 바와같이, 주형단부 보다 높게 위치되어 있는 동시에 사실상 수평으로 뻗어있는 실린더형 중심주형부 속으로 모체를 중심주형의 주형단부쪽에 있는 끝에서 돌출되게끔 삽입시키고 모체가 들어있는 중심주형부를 주형단부와 일직선상으로 놓기 전에 그 근처인 제1예정위치로 낮추어 주형단부속의 심봉이 모체의 끝으로 들어갈 수 있게끔 한 다음에 그 주형단부를 중심주형부쪽으로 그 중심주형부가 폐쇄되지 않을 만큼 밀어서 그 심봉으로 하여금 모체의 끝 구멍 속으로 들어가게끔 하고 모체가 들어있는 그 중심주형을 주형단부와 동심축상의 제2예정위치로 낮춘 다음 주형단부를 중심주형부로 밀어서 주형을 폐쇄시킴으로써 파이프모체의 가열 및 팽창 준비를 완료시키는 단계를 포함하는 단면이 원형인 주형속에서 써모플라스틱파이프 모체를 반경방향으로 팽창시켜 단면이 원형인 써모플라스틱파이프를 제조하는 방법.
