Claims (1)
- 한쪽의 전극을 공통전극으로 하는 다수의 용량소자가 상기 공통 전극을 전자빔 발사원으로 대향하는 측과는 반대측에 위치하도록 배열된 타게트를 갖고 그 타게트에 상기 전자 빔 발사원과 대향하는 측에 상기 각 용량 소자와 인접해서 신호 전극이 배치되어 이루어지는 축적관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
