Claims (1)
- 제1 압연 스탠드(5)와 이에 대해 연속적으로 배치된 다수의 큰 단면감소 압연 스탠드(5a, 5b)로 구성되는 압연기로 금속 가공물을 압연하는데 있어서 해당 접촉각θe(θe=tan-1(Cosα×tanθ), 여기에서 θ는 로울 홈 저부의 작업로울(6a)과 가공물 사이의 접촉각을 나타내며, α는 홈의 경사각을 나타낸다)가 tan-1μ(μ는 맞물리는 시간에서의 가공물과 작업로울(6a)사이의 마찰계수를 나타낸다)보다 더 크며, 또한 tan-1μ′(μ′는 가공물이 완전히 작업로울(6a)사이에 물려 압연이 진행줄 일때 가공물과 작업로울(6a)사이의 마찰계수를 나타낸다)보다 작게 되도록 제1큰 단면감소 압연 스탠드(5a)다음에 제1압선 스탠드(5)의 작업로울(6a)의 로울 간격을 고정시키고 ; 제1압연 스탠드(5)에 의해 가공물을 제1큰 단면감소 압연 스탠드(5a)에 공급하고 ; 제1큰 단면감소 압연 스탠드(5a)의 작업로울(6a)사이에 가공물을 공급하여 물림에 의해 제1압연스탠드(5)와 제1큰 단면감소 압연 스탠드(5a)사이에 위치되는 가공물 부위에 압연 방향으로 압연시 항복응력 이하의 압축응력을 일으키고 ; 계속되는 압연중에 상기의 압축응력을 감소시키기 위해 가공물의 선단부가 제1큰 단면감소 압연스탠드(5a)의 작업로울(6a)사이에 완전히 물린후(이때 작업로울은 이전에 고정된 로울 간격으로 유지됨), 제1압연 스탠드(5)의 로울의 주변 속도를 조절함으로써, 가공물이 커다란 단면 감소율로 압연될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 금속 가공물의 압연방법.
