Abstract

무언가를 발명한다는 것은 엉뚱하거나 무모해보일 수도 있으나 도전 자체가 결코 무모한 것은 없다고 생각한다. 그 발명이 진행되면서 뜻한 바 대로 되어지지 않더라도 반드시 얻어지는게 있기 때문이다. 본 발명 또한 시작할때는 막연했으나 결과물로 보았을때는 매우 의미가 있고 훌륭하다고 생각한다. 본 발명자도 커피를 좋아하는 한 사람으로서 지금도 커피가 다양하게 변화되고 있지만 앞으로의 커피의 변신이 무척 기대가 된다.
홍시 아인슈패너는 커피와 크림과 홍시 과즙이 조화를 이루어 아흠다운 하모니를 이루는 듯한 느낌을 갖게 한다. 또한 맛과 건강과 시각적으로 보여지는 부분까지 모든 부분을 중족한다고 생각한다.

위 3단계의 홍시아인슈패너 제조 방법을 도면으로 아래와 같이 나타낸다.
