Claims (4)
- 비행체를 통해 투척하여 화재를 진압하도록 소화약재가 충진된 화재진압용 소화탄에 있어서,
화재진압용 소화탄(100)은,
미생물의 체내에 있는 폴리에스터를 이용하여 만들어져 토양 중의 세균에 의해 분해되고 생체에 쉽게 융합되는 특성을 갖는 바이오플라스틱 소재로 구성되며 내부에 소화약재 또는 소화폼 및 질소가 수용되는 약재수용부(11)와 기폭부(12)가 형성되며 외면에 비행 중 화재열기에 의한 상승기류의 공기흐름에 대응하여 정확한 화재발생 탄착위치에 투하하기 위한 복수 개의 나선홈(13)이 형성된 탄체케이스(10)와;
상기 탄체케이스(10)의 일측에 형성되며 소화탄(100)의 비행상태를 원격으로 실시간 통신하고 폭발방식이 제어되는 제어부(20); 및,
상기 탄체케이스(10)의 타측에 형성되며 소화탄(100)의 안정적인 비행을 유도하는 복수 개의 날개(31)와 중앙부분에 상기 탄체케이스(10)의 약재수용부(11)와 연결되는 약재주입구(32) 및 질소 주입구(33) 및 상기 제어부(20)에 형성된 각각의 센서들을 셋팅하고 제어하기 위하여 소화탄을 외부장치와 연결하기 위한 데이터 연결단자(34)가 형성된 날개부(30);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재진압용 소화탄.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부(20)는, 레이저를 이용한 레이저측정센서와, 초음파측정센서 및 RF측정센서가 각각 복수개 설치되거나 또는 서로 다른 측정기능을 갖는 센서가 혼합 설치되어 측정 과정에서 나무, 화염 및 기타 장애물을 식별하고 회피하여 지면과의 거리를 정밀하게 측정하는 거리측정센서(21)와,
소화탄(100)이 지면과 충돌시 폭발하여 소화약재가 비산될 수 있도록 함으로써 좁은 공간에 집중적으로 소화가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 충격센서(22)와,
화염의 온도를 감지하고 소화탄을 폭발시켜 화염 저지선을 구축하여 화재가 생활권 지역으로 번져 이동하는 것을 차단하는 온도센서(23)와,
관리자와 소화탄의 통신하여 소화탄의 폭발을 수동으로 유도할 수 있어 특정시간에 투하된 소화탄을 폭발시킬 수 있도록 하는 무선통신모듈(24) 및,
상기 탄체케이스(10)의 내부에 형성된 기폭부(12)와 연결되어 폭발을 유도하는 격발제어부(25)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화재진압용 소화탄.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 소화약재는 분말 형태의 인산 암모니아 임을 특징으로 하는 화재진압용 소화탄.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 소화폼은 단백포소화약제, 합성계면활성제포소화약제, 수성막포소화약제, 불화단백포소화약제, 내알콜포소화약제 중에서 선택되는 하나의 소화폼임을 특징으로 하는 화재진압용 소화탄.
