Claims (4)
- 차량의 전륜 측에 설치되는 쇽업소버를 감싸도록 형성되는 하우징부;
상기 쇽업소버가 관통하는 홀이 형성되어 상기 하우징부의 상측에 형성되는 커버부; 및
상기 하우징부의 일측에서 연장되는 복수 개의 제 1지지부가 저면에 연결되고 상기 커버부의 저면으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 제 2지지부가 측면에 연결되는 펜더 에이프런부;를 포함하며,
상기 하우징부와 상기 커버부 및 상기 팬더 에이프런부는 3D 프린팅을 통하여 일체형의 격자구조로 형성되는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 쇽업소버 마운팅유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 펜더 에이프런부는
상기 커버부의 상면으로부터 연장되는 복수 개의 제 3지지부가 상면에 연결되는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 쇽업소버 마운팅유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징부는
하측에서 상측으로 결합되는 제 1체결구조를 포함하여 상기 펜더 에이프런부가 형성되는 측의 반대 측 하부에 형성되는 제 1체결 브라켓을 포함하며,
상기 제 1체결브라켓은
상면에 상기 커버부의 저면과 연결되는 제 1체결브라켓 연결부를 더 포함하는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 쇽업소버 마운팅유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서
상기 커버부는
후방 측에서 전방 측으로 결합되는 제 2체결구조를 포함하여 상기 펜더 에이프런부가 형성되는 측의 반대 측 상부에 형성되는 제 2체결 브라켓을 포함하며,
상기 제 2체결 브라켓은
저면에 상기 제 1체결 브라켓의 상면과 연결되는 제 2체결브라켓 연결부를 더 포함하는 3D 프린팅을 이용한 쇽업소버 마운팅유닛.
