Claims (6)
- 하우징의 수평 또는 수직방향으로 배치되면서 파이프 형상을 갖는 복수의 집진셀이 구비되고,
상기 집진셀의 내경측에 일정간격을 유지토록 복수의 방전핀을 갖는 방전극이 설치되며,
상기 방전핀의 외측과 집진셀의 내경측 사이에 위치토록 복수의 브러쉬가 각각 구비되고,
상기 브러쉬는, 외력에 의해 집진셀의 적어도 내측면에 접촉되어 이동토록 설치되는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전극은, 적어도 일단에 프레임에 지지되는 애자를 통하여 고압의 전원이 공급되면서 복수개의 방진극이 하나의 전극봉을 통하여 연결되는 전원이 동시 공급토록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬는, 프레임과 하우징 사이에 연결되는 하나 이상의 가이드바를 통하여 이동토록 되는 동작플레이트에 고정봉을 통하여 각각의 집진셀에 대응토록 연결되고,
상기 동작플레이트에는 고정봉이 연결되는 위치결정편이 구비되며,
상기 위치결정편은, 내경에 나사가 형성되어 동작플레이트의 이동시 나선을 구비하면서 일단이 프레임에 지지되는 고정봉을 중심으로 자유회전토록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동작플레이트는, 손잡이 또는 에어실린더가 구비되어 수동 또는 자동동작토록 설치되고,
이동시 각 집진셀에 삽입되는 복수의 브러쉬를 동시에 이동토록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브러쉬는, 나선상의 지지홈을 갖는 고정브라켓과 상기 고정브라켓의 지지홈에 고정되어 고정브라켓의 내경측 및 외경측으로 돌출토록 고정되는 털이부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징의 일측에 배출되는 분진을 포집토록 경사를 갖는 호퍼가 구비되고,
상기 호퍼는 백필터가 개재되는 송풍기가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건식 크리닝 전기집진 시스템.
