Abstract
구성된다.
충격흡수이중결합너트는 다양한 조건에서 체결의 풀림이 임의로
해제되는 것이 방지되며, 금속 코일 스프링과 너트의 결합으로
작업자가 기존의 너트와 같이 사용하여 단순 조립만으로 풀림 방지
할 수 있고, 중요한 교체에 체결의 해체가 가능함으로써 볼트와
너트의 재사용이 가능하여 반복적으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 단순 볼트의 장착으로 일반적인 너트와 체결공에
진동흡수너트를 사용하게 함으로써, 사용 용도가 제한적 이지 않고
다양한 작업환경에 풀림 방지 효과를 볼 수 있어 안전성과
경제성을 갖출 수 있으며 구조가 간단하고 재사용이 가능하므로
유지 및 보수가 용이한 것이다.
본 고안의 진동흡수이중결합너트는 가혹한 진동을 흡수하는
코일스프링을 구비한 이중결합 너트의 설치로 그 안전성 및
체결력을 상승 시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Claims (2)
- 볼트(B)와 고정대상물(7)사이에 체결되는 진동흡수너트(15)의코일스프링(300)은 일정한 높이를 형성하도록 선형 금속이 나선형태로 권취되어 코일 형태로 형성된 단면의 모양은 원형이나다각형으로 구성 탄성 선재로서, 그 선재의 지름은 코일스프링고정부(12)에 형성된 너트 나사산(10)에 고정될 수 있도록너트 나사산(10)의 피치와 높이를 고려하여 적당한직경을 갖도록 설계하고, 코일스프링 고정부(12)에 결합되어고정대상물(7)의 진동을 흡수하고, 진동흡수너트(15)의 상부에너트(N)의 억지 끼움으로 진동흡수너트(13)의 상부를 가압하여풀림 방지가 되는 재사용이 가능한 진동흡수이중결합너트(13).
- 1항에 있어서 코일스프링(300) 외부를 감싸는 원통형의보호부(310)가 있어, 먼지나 이물질의 유입을 차단하고 작업자의끼임 사고를 방지하는 안전성을 갖춘 재사용이 가능한진동흡수이중결합너트(13).
