Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 친환경 흡음재의 단면을 현미경으로 사진 촬영한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 친환경 흡음재의 흡음 성능을 측정한 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 친환경 흡음재의 압축강도를 측정한 결과를 그래프로 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 이끼 및 첨가제를 포함하고,
상기 첨가제는 상기 이끼와 혼합되고, 발효를 통하여 상기 이끼의 생장을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재는 다공성 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 맥주, 버터밀크, 요거트, 우유, 연유 및 물엿으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이끼는 직경이 0.01 내지 100.0 mm 범위 이내로 가공된 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이끼는 상기 흡음재 100 중량부에 대하여 30 내지 80 중량부 범위 이내로 포함되는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 첨가제는 상기 흡음재 100 중량부에 대하여 20 내지 70 중량부 범위 이내로 포함되는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재는 보조제를 더 포함하고,
상기 보조제는 상기 흡음재 100 중량부에 대하여 1 내지 40 중량부 범위 이내로 포함되는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재는 1 내지 5 kHz 범위 이내의 주파수 영역에서 90.0 % 이상의 흡음성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재는 압축강도가 10 내지 3000 kPa 범위 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재.
- 이끼 및 첨가제를 혼합하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합된 이끼 및 첨가제를 성형하는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 첨가제는 상기 이끼와 혼합되고, 발효를 통하여 상기 이끼의 생장을 촉진시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 친환경 흡음재의 제조방법.
