Claims (10)
- 실내마감재로 사용되는 보드류의 상부에 접착되는 표면치장재에 있어서,
상기 표면치장재는,
최상층에 위치하게 되는 멜라민수지 함침 오버레이지(overlay paper);
상기 오버레이지 하부에 위치하게 되며, 그림이나 문양이 인쇄된 인쇄지;
상기 인쇄지 하부에 위치하게 되는 유리섬유 부직포;
상기 유리섬유 부직포 하부에 위치하게 되는 크라프트(kraft)지;
를 적층시키고, 열압을 가하여 멜라민수지가 녹으면서 접착제 역할을 하여 일체로 접착되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유 부직포 대신 카본섬유 부직포를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유 부직포와 인쇄지 대신 준불연 패브릭을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유 부직포와 인쇄지 사이에 준불연 패브릭을 더 적층시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유리섬유 부직포와 인쇄지 대신 항균부직포를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 인쇄지 대신 항균부직포를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 준불연 패브릭 대신 축광안료를 함유한 인쇄지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면치장재는 목질 보드(board)로 제작된 판상(板狀)의 보드류 상부에 접착제를 도포한 후 냉압 적층시켜서 바닥재로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면치장재의 오버레이지 상부에는 대전방지도료가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면치장재를 열압(熱壓)프레스에서 160∼180℃의 열과 100∼150㎏/㎠의 압력을 2∼4분 동안 가하여 열압적층 단계;
목질 보드(board)로 제작된 판상(板狀)의 보드류 상부에 접착제를 도포한 후 열압적층시켜 일체로 제작된 표면치장재를 부착하고 냉압 프레스로 20㎫의 압력을 60∼90분 동안 가하여 표면치장재와 마감재를 접착시키는 냉압적층 단계;
를 거쳐서 실내 바닥재를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 표면치장재 제조방법.
