Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a system for providing virtual navigation aids, and for preventing collisions with sea or seabed features based on basic ship information, operational status information, information on neighboring ships, and maritime geographic information of a sailing ship operating at sea It calculates a safe route that satisfies both the static safe route condition for safety and the dynamic safe route condition for preventing collision with neighboring ships, and displays a virtual route mark through the display means of the ship terminal installed on the ship based on the calculated safe route. It relates to a system for providing a virtual route sign configured to assist safe navigation by providing a visual indication.
Due to the development of maritime ICT and regulations on safety, even small fishing boats are equipped with GPS plotters in Korea. Its main purpose is to automate arrival and departure reports and to monitor safe operation by periodic location reporting.
However, due to the aging of crew members, inexperienced use of electronic devices, lack of convenience, etc., it is often not helpful for actual navigation, so there are many cases of relying on the visual effect of traditional AtoN (Aids to Navigation).
A navigational aid is a lighthouse, beacon, stand, buoy, fog, etc., which is an indicator for ships navigating in ports, bays, straits, and other inland waters of land, territorial waters, and exclusive economic zones by means of light, shape, color, sound, radio waves, etc. Signals, radio signs, special signal signs, etc. Navigational signs induce safe navigation with traditional visual expressions such as the shape of the day and the characteristics of the light at night.
However, visual perception is limited only by shape and quality, such as limited visibility due to natural factors such as sea fog and backlight due to the development of the hinterland.
(IALA, International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities)는 이와 같은 문제점을 극복하고자 AIS(Auto Identification System) 통신 모듈을 항로표지에 설치하고 특정 메시지(MSG 21번)를 이용하여 항로표지 인근을 운항하는 선박에 직접 항로표지의 위치정보와 현황을 제공하도록 권고하고 있다. To overcome this problem, the International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) installed the AIS (Auto Identification System) communication module on the navigational aid and used a specific message (MSG 21) to navigate the route. It is recommended to provide the location information and current status of the route sign directly to ships operating near the sign.
However, the operation of such AIS AtoN (Aids to Navigation) is a virtual AtoN for an area where actual AtoN or installation is not possible. There was a limitation in the level of passive information service for safe operation.
On the other hand, with the advent of autonomous vessels, various real-time information is required for autonomous situation identification and safe operation decisions. With the development of maritime ICT, the communication means and scope are expanding, the development of ship electronic equipment is accelerating with the introduction of e-Navigation, and the advent of autonomous ships is ahead. situation is necessary.

Referring to FIG. 3 , from a hardware point of view, the
The route
For example, the static safe route condition includes a route water depth condition in which a preset draft weight (eg, 1.2 to 1.5) is reflected in the draft of the full-loaded state of the operating
For example, L1 in FIGS. 12 and 13 is a boundary line of an area that meets the water route depth condition when the draft weight is 1.2, and L2 in FIG. 13 is the boundary line that meets the route depth condition when the draft weight is further increased to 1.5. is the boundary of the area. As the draft weight is increased, the width of the area that satisfies the sea route depth condition decreases. In Figs. 12 and 13, unexplained reference numerals G-1 and G-2 denote land areas, and G-3 and G-4 denote islands or reefs.
The minimum route width (MW) required for entering or departing a port may be calculated by reflecting an appropriate weight (eg, 2 to 5) to the ship width of the operating
As another example, referring to FIG. 15 , the static safe route condition divides the sea area SA constituting the electronic chart ENC into a grid area CA of a preset size, and each grid area CA ), calculates the risk of collision with the sea or seabed features (G) according to preset criteria, and connects to the grid area (CA') where the operating
The grid area CA' in which the operating

On the other hand, as described above, each based on the operating condition information including the vessel specification information of the operating
More preferably, the virtual route
To this end, the vessel basic information further includes information on the maneuvering motion characteristics of the operating
Turnability is a concept indicating how much angular speed a ship can turn when a certain rudder angle is given, and the turnability index (K) is an index indicating the turnability of a ship. The larger the value of the turnability index (K), the greater the turning capacity of the ship, and the smaller the value of the turnability index (K), the smaller the amount of angular displacement of the ship. The dimension of the turnability index (K) is 1/sec.
When a certain rudder angle θ is given to a ship and a considerable amount of time elapses, the angular velocity becomes Kθ. For example, when a certain ship continues to hold the rudder angle of 10° on starboard while sailing at 16 knots, considering the case where it turns at a constant angular velocity of 0.327°/sec after a certain period of time, Kθ = 0.327°/sec, K×10 Since ° = 0.327 °/sec, the turnability index (K) = 0.0327/sec.
The followability index (T) is an index indicating the track stability and the followability of the hull for steering. When a certain rudder angle is given while the ship is going straight, a certain amount of time has elapsed, that is, a few seconds after the rudder angle is completed, the turning motion begins in earnest. An exponent for indicating the passage of time as to whether or not it occurs. The dimension of the followability index (T) is sec (seconds).
For example, if the ship makes a full-scale turn after 20 seconds have elapsed after completing the rudder angle of 10° in the ship, the followability index of the ship is 20 sec.
For example, the turnability index (K) and the followability index (T) of the operating
The navigational
The preset risk standard is determined based on the real-time operation situation information of the operating
Real-time operation status (position, attitude, speed, acceleration, etc.) of the operating
