Abstract

The present invention discloses a space rental system which can easily rent a space owned by an individual to others. For example, the space rental system relays space rental between individuals through a communication network using an app or web. The space rental system includes: a space rental relay server which stores information on a space which can be rented in a spatial database; a first terminal which accesses the space rental relay server and searches for a space to rent; and a second terminal which accesses the space rental relay server and inputs information on a space to be provided. The space rental relay server provides an image and video of the space to be rented to the first terminal, thereby allowing users to experience the space.
