Description

역세척이 용이한 가변 필터 여과장치{Variable filter type filtration device easy to back-wash}Variable filter type filtration device easy to back-wash}

The present invention relates to a variable filter filtration device, and more particularly, when the pressure of the filter stack is released for backwashing, it is possible to secure a sufficient space between each unit filter constituting the filter stack for backwashing. It relates to a variable filter filtration device that is easy to backwash to provide a structure that is in place.

Water is widely used for various purposes in general living environments and industrial sites. Accordingly, there is a trend that the application range of water purification technology is expanding. In particular, in the treatment of household water, sewage, medicine, semiconductor water, cooling water, etc., a rapid filtration treatment method that promotes a water pressure difference is widely used.

In general, in a water purifier, a pre-treatment filter is used to remove relatively large foreign substances such as rust debris from the pipe, and then a carbon filter using adsorption of activated carbon, a reverse osmosis membrane filter, a hollow fiber membrane filter, a sterilizing ceramic filter, etc. are used. Water purification proceeds through a process of filtering out bacteria or heavy metals that adversely affect health while preserving minerals as much as possible for drinking. Or, in the case of water used for washing products in industrial sites, if the washing water is contaminated, in order to prevent the product from being recontaminated during the product washing process, a pretreatment filter is also used to remove foreign substances from the water. After that, if necessary, it is used as it is or filtered using another filter to make it suitable for washing water.

As described above, filtration processes for water purification are also varied depending on the purpose, and the types of filters used are also varied, but in any case, a pretreatment filter that primarily filters foreign substances is indispensable. Of course, an example of purified water has been described above, but in the case of filtering various fluids such as oil, chemicals, steam, etc., a pretreatment filter for removing foreign substances as described above is required.

As described above, a pretreatment filter for removing foreign substances in a fluid is mostly required in any filtration process (including a water purification process). In general, as a material of the pretreatment filter, a porous material is used so that particles larger than a predetermined size can be filtered out and fluid can escape. For example, a nonwoven fabric or ceramic is used.

It is well known that the foreign matter removed in the process of removing the foreign matter as described above eventually accumulates in the pretreatment filter, and thus the filtration function deteriorates as the pretreatment filter is used for a long time. Accordingly, in most devices, in general, the pretreatment filter is replaced every predetermined period and used. However, there is a problem in that time, manpower, and cost are wasted because the pretreatment filter needs to be frequently replaced.

Therefore, the applicant of the present invention in Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1193206 to use the filter semi-permanently, a scratch (S) is formed on the surface and a stainless steel disk filter that is formed by bending a predetermined angle in the upper or lower direction, a stainless steel disk filter stacked. Developed.

The stainless steel disk filter of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1193206 is filtered by the flow of fluid in the forward direction while the stainless disk stack is compressed, and when the fluid flows in the reverse direction, the compression of the stack is released so that each stainless disk is As the bent initial shape is restored, the gap is widened to provide a structure that facilitates backwashing of foreign substances.

However, the above-described Korean Patent Registration No. 10-1193206 discloses that when used for a long time, the bending angle of each stainless steel disk stacked in the vertical direction gradually decreases due to the influence of gravity, so that the gap formed between each stainless steel disk during backwashing gradually decreases. There is a problem that the backwashing efficiency is remarkably lowered due to the narrowing.

In addition, in the case of the stainless steel disk disposed at the lower end, since the initial shape bent by the upper load is not restored, a gap is not formed between the stainless steel disks, so that backwashing is not performed properly.
