본 발명은 항균력과 탈취력을 지닌 자일리톨의 기본 성분에 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종, 이산화탄소 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 주석산 또는 비타민C, 탈취 증강제인 아연글루코네이트, 세정제인 소듐라우릴설페이트, 소듐코코일글루타메이트 또는 소듐코코일이세치오네이트의 성분들을 선택적으로 배합함으로써, 세균에 대한 억제 또는 항균작용으로 인한 여성 질 내의 염증 예방과 치료 및 냄새제거와 발포로 인한 효과적인 세정력을 갖춘 휴대와 사용이 간편한 분말이나 정제 형태의 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제를 제공한다.
Description
본 발명은 우수한 성능을 지닌 여성청결제에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세균에 대한 억제 또는 항균작용으로 여성의 질염 예방 및 치료, 질 내의 냄새 제거와 세정에 효과적이고 휴대와 사용이 간편한 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제를 제공하는 것이다.
질염은 여성에게는 감기와도 같은 질병으로 비정상적인 질 분비물이 나오는 상태를 말한다. 이는 질염의 대표적 증상이다. 질염의 원인으로는 여러 종류가 지목되고 있는데, 감염, 알레르기, 피임약 등의 약품 과다 사용으로 인한 화학적 자극, 물리적 자극이 그 원인이 될 수 있는데, 대부분 여성의 외음부인 질이 균에 감염되어 염증이 발생한 것이다. 가장 흔한 질 감염은 세균성 질염, 칸디다 질염이 있다. 한 번 걸리면 이후에는 컨디션만 안 좋아져도 재발하는 경우가 많다.
질염은 크게 세균성 질증, 칸디다성 질염, 트리코모나스 질염으로 나눌 수 있다. 세균성 질증은 비특이성 질염, 가드네렐라 질염 등으로 알려진 염증 상태를 뜻한다. 생선 비린내가 나며, 회백색 질 분비물이 많아지는 증상이 나타난다. 칸디다성 질염은 일종의 곰팡이성 염증으로 여름철에 빈번하다. 증상으로는, 우유찌꺼기나 두부 으깬 것 같은 하얀 분비물이 나오며, 심한 가려움증을 동반한다. 대부분 여성들이 살면서 한번은 감염되는 매우 흔한 질병이다. 하지만, 적절한 치료가 이루어지지 않을 경우 외음부가 붓고 따가우며, 만성 질환으로 이어져 일상생활이 불편해진다.
세균성 질염은 가임기 여성의 질 감염의 일반적인 원인일 수 있으며, 질 내의 pH의 불균형을 유발하는 특정 세균에 의해 발생할 수 있다. 항진균성 약물을 사용하며 항진균제는 질정 형태나 크림 또는 경구를 이용를 이용하나 과다사용으로 인한 문제점이 야기된다. 칸디다성 질염은 트리코모나스 질염과 함께 가장 많이 나타나는 질염으로서, 질 분비물 증상을 갖는 비임산부 중 약 10%, 임산부의 약 1/3이 감염되는 질염이다. 치료 약물로는 케토코나졸, 마이코스타틴, 마이코나졸 나이트레이트, 클로트리마졸 등이 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다.
이와 같은 여성 질 내의 염증 예방과 치료를 위해 사용되는 질 세정제로는 트리클로로카르반, 포비돈요오드 등이 있지만, 과다 사용의 문제점과 알레르기 증세를 동반 할 수 있기 때문에, 인체에 무해한 천연원료를 사용한 그리고 사용이 간편하면서 우수한 성능을 지닌 여성청결제의 개발이 필요하다.
본 발명의 목적은 여성 질 내의 염증을 예방과 치료 및 냄새제거와 세정에 효과적이고 인체에 무해한 성분으로 구성되어진 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 기본 성분인 자일리톨은 질염을 유발하는 질 내의 유해균의 증식을 억제 또는 항균 기능과 질 내의 유해균을 감소시키는 Lactobacillus acidophilus 유산균의 성장을 촉진하는 기능 및 탈취기능을 지니며, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트는 질 내의 삼투압을 높여 내분비물을 질 밖으로의 배출이 용이하게 하며, 산성물질인 시트릭산, 사과산 또는 비타민C는 Lactobacillus acidophilus균의 성장에 좋은 질 내의 산성도를 유지시키며, 아연글루코네이트는 질 내의 냄새를 제거할 수 있어 청결한 질 내 상태를 유지하게 하며, 소듐라우릴설페이트, 소듐코코일글루타메이트 또는 소듐코코일이세치오네이트는 안전한 세정제로써의 역할을 하며, 탄산수소나트륨과 시트릭산, 사과산 또는 비타민C는 수분 하에서 이산화탄소의 생성 발포시키어 본 발명의 조성물들의 용해를 빠르게 한다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명은 이와 같은 성분들을 선택적으로 배합하여 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제를 제공한다.
본 발명의 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제는 인체에 무해한 성분으로 구성되어져 있으며, 본 발명의 조성물들을 물에 용해하여 사용할 경우 또는 질 내에 삽입하여 사용할 경우 수분 하에서 이산화탄소의 생성 발포됨으로 조성물들의 용해가 빠르게 되어 유해 세균에 대한 억제 또는 항균작용으로 인한 여성의 질염 예방 및 치료, 질 내의 냄새 제거와 세정에 효과적인 도움을 줄 수 있다.
본 발명에 의한 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제의 구성 성분과 성능에 대하여 구체적인 설명하고자 한다. 먼저 구성 성분에 대하여 설명하면,
본 발명의 주성분인 자일리톨은 인체 내에서 포도당의 중간물질로 생성되기도 하지만, 주로 식물에 분포한다. 특유한 오탄당 구조를 가지고 있으며, 핀란드산 자작나무에서 주로 추출하여 자작나무 설탕으로 부르기도 한다. 자작나무를 잘게 쪼개 물에 넣고 가열하면 다당체인 자일란이 분해되어 자일로스로 바뀐다. 이 자일로스를 여러 공정을 거쳐 순도를 높인 뒤 환원시키면 자일리톨이 된다. 자일리톨은 자작나무 뿐 아니라 서양자두나무, 딸기, 콜리플라워 등 야채와 과일 등에 적은 양 존재하는 천연성분이다.
상기 자일리톨은 피부와 친화력을 갖고 있어 피부 표피층에 쉽게 코팅되며 이로서 피부에 세균이 붙는 것을 방지하며, 또한 피부 표면 잔존물이 세균 및 박테리아에 의해 분해되지 아니하여 이로 인한 오염이나 냄새 생성을 억제하는 효과를 줄 뿐만 아니라, 실험을 통해 검토한 결과, 탈취성능이 있다는 사실을 확인할 수 있었다(Journal of Dental Research, 72(1), 25-30, 1993 참조). 또한 자일리톨과 아연글루코네이트를 병행하여 사용하면 탈취력을 증가시켜 냄새제거 효과를 높일 수 있다.
상기의 아연글루코네이트의 제조법은,
증류수 50~60 중량%와 에탄올 10~20 중량%의 혼합액에 글루코산 25~15 중량%와 산화아연 10~5 중량%를 혼입하고 65~85℃에서 교반한다. 6시간 교반 후에 생성된 침전물을 여과하고 에탄올로 세척하고 이를 건조하면, 본 발명에 필요한 상기의 아연글루코네이트를 얻을 수 있다. 충분한 반응을 위해서 교반 시간과 온도는 진행상태에 따라서 조절이 가능하다.
또한 소듐클로라이드 또는 소듐설페이트는 질 내의 삼투압을 높여 내분비물을 질 밖으로의 배출이 용이하게 하며, 산성물질인 시트릭산, 사과산 또는 비타민C는 Lactobacillus acidophilus균의 성장에 좋은 질 내의 산성도를 유지시키며, 소듐라우릴설페이트, 소듐코코일글루타메이트 또는 소듐코코일이세치오네이트는 안전한 세정제로써의 역할을 하며, 탄산수소나트륨과 시트릭산, 사과산 또는 비타민C는 수분 하에서 이산화탄소를 생성 발포시키어 본 발명의 조성물들의 용해를 빠르게 해준다.
본 발명의 구성적 핵심은, 자일리톨 15~75 중량%, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%를 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제이며,
또는, 자일리톨 15~75 중량%과, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%과, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%, 냄새제거증강제인 아연글루코네이트 1~5%의 중량비를 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제이며.
또는, 자일리톨 15~75 중량%과, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%과, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%, 세정제인 소듐라우릴설페이트, 소듐코코일글루타메이트, 소듐코코일이세치오네이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~5 중량%를 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제이며,
또는, 자일리톨 15~75 중량%과, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%, 냄새제거증강제인 아연글루코네이트 1~5%, 세정제인 소듐라우릴설페이트, 소듐코코일글루타메이트, 소듐코코일이세치오네이트 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~5 중량%를 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제이다.
한편, 상기와 같은 조성물들이 혼합된 분말형태나 혼합된 분말이 타정된 정제형태의 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제를 제조한다.
이상에서 본 발명을 특정의 바람직한 실시 예를 들어 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기한 실시예에 한정되지 아니하며 본 발명의 정신을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 다양한 변경과 수정이 가능할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명의 명세서에 기재된 구성과 실시예는 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 것이며 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아닌바, 본 발명의 출원 시점에 있어서 이를 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형 예들이 가능하거나 존재할 수 있음을 이해하여야 할 것이다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 항균력 성능검사와 탈취력 성능검사 결과는 다음과 같다.
[항균력 성능검사]
본 발명의 항균력 성능을 확인하기 위해 [표 1]에 나타낸 실시예 1과 2의 두가지 조성으로 여성 질 내의 염증 예방과 치료 및 냄새제거에 효과적인 발포성 여성청결제를 제조한 후, 대표적인 질염 원인균인 칸디다균에 대한 항균력 시험을 국가공인기관 KCL에 의뢰하여 실시하였다.
상기의 두 가지 여성청결제 각각을 칸디다균체에 90분 접촉한 결과, 세균감소율이 모두 99.9%로 거의 모든 칸디다균이 살균되었음이 입증되었다. [표 2]와 [표 3]은 실시예 1과 2의 여성청결제에 칸디다균을 접촉 90분 후의 세균감소율의 시험결과이며, [사진 1]과 [사진 2]는 이에 대한 각각의 blank시험(좌측)과 항균시험(우측) 후의 배양체 사진이다.

[그림2]
[탈취력 성능검사]
냄새의 주요 원인 물질인 아민 화합물과 황 화합물로 알려져 있다. 본 발명의 구취제거 성능을 간접적으로 확인하기 위해 [표 1]에 나타낸 실시예 1과 2의 두 가지 조성으로 여성 질 내의 염증 예방과 치료 및 냄새제거에 효과적인 발포성 여성청결제를 제조한 후, 트리메틸아민과 황화수소에 대해 탈취시험을 각각 실시하였다. 구체적인 실험방법으로는 500mL 용기에 각각 실시예 1과 2의 여성청결제 분말 2.0g을 넣고 각각의 냄새시료 가스를 개별 주입한 후, 시험 측정시간을 5분, 10분, 15분으로 하여 시편이 들어 있는 용기 내의 잔여가스 농도를 가스크로마토그래피(제조사: 미국 Agilent) 분석장치로 측정함으로써 각각의 가스에 대한 탈취성능을 측정하였다. 아래의 [표 4]과 [표 5]은 실시예 1에 대한 트리에칠아민과 황화수소의 탈취시험 결과이며, [표 6]과 [표 7]은 실시예 2에 대한 트리에칠아민과 황화수소의 탈취시험 결과이다.

상기 실시 예1과 2에 대한 탈취실험 결과를 표 4~7에서 나타난 바와 같이, 시간경과에 따른 냄새시료 농도가 현저히 감소한다는 사실로부터 본 발명의 실시 예1과 2은 짧은 시간 내 우수한 탈취성능을 지닌다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

- 자일리톨 15~75 중량%, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%를 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제.
- 자일리톨 15~75 중량%과, 소듐클로라이드와 소듐설페이트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 5~65 중량%, 발포제인 탄산수소나트륨 1~15 중량%과, 발포촉진제인 시트릭산, 사과산, 비타민C 중에서 선택된 1종 이상 1~15 중량%, 냄새제거증강제인 아연글루코네이트 1~5%의 중량비로 포함하는 다양한 기능성을 지닌 발포성 여성청결제.
