Description
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템의 예시적인 설치예를 보인 예시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템을 구성하는 환기덕트의 예시적인 분해도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템을 구성하는 창틀 프레임의 외측을 보인 예시도이다.
도 6 내지 도 10은 본 발명에 따른 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템을 구성하는 요부들을 발췌하여 보인 예시도이다.

Claims (6)
- 창틀 프레임(100)에 형성된 자연환기통로(110)에 조립설치되는 환기덕트(200)와, 상기 환기덕트(200)의 실내측 단부에 조립되는 댐퍼유닛(300)을 포함하는 자연환기 시스템에 있어서;
상기 환기덕트(200)는 실내측으로 노출되게 설치되는 일단의 가로폭보다 실외측으로 노출되게 설치되는 타단의 가로폭이 더 넓게 형성된 사다리꼴 형태로 이루어져 자연환기시 유출입 공기의 속도차가 생기도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 환기덕트(200)가 상기 자연환기통로(110)에 조립 설치되는 둘레면에는 아웃터테이프(210)가 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 댐퍼유닛(300)은 공기의 유출입을 조절하는 댐퍼(340)가 내장된 댐퍼하우징(310)과, 상기 댐퍼하우징(310)의 선단면에 조립되어 유출입공기를 분배하는 댐퍼그릴(320) 및 댐퍼그릴(320)의 전면 테두리를 형성하는 베젤(Bezel)(330)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 댐퍼그릴(320)의 양단이 댐퍼하우징(310)의 양단에는 마그네트(312)를 매립 고정하고, 상기 댐퍼그릴(320)의 양단 대응면에는 마그넷플레이트(322)를 구비하여 상호 흡착고정되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 댐퍼(340)는 사각틀 형태의 댐퍼판고정대(342)와, 상기 댐퍼판고정대(342) 내부에 댐퍼판고정대(342)와 직교되게 설치되는 댐퍼판(344)과, 상기 댐퍼판고정대(342)의 양단면 중심에 형성된 회전축(346)을 포함하며;
상기 댐퍼하우징(310)의 일측에는 댐퍼모터(352)가 설치되어 상기 회전축(346)을 정,역회전시켜 댐퍼판(344)의 개폐를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 댐퍼하우징(310)의 내부에는 상기 댐퍼판(344)이 폐쇄되었을 때 기밀성을 유지하도록 댐퍼스폰지(318)가 서로 대각선방향으로 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀성능이 향상된 창호용 자연환기 시스템.
