실시예 1 내지 실시예 3 및 비교예의 숙취해소 음료를 성인 남녀 40인을 대상으로 효능을 평가하였다. 대상은 각 그룹별로 남녀 각 5인 총 10인으로 하여 4그룹으로 나누었고, 각 평가자에게 맥주 500ml 및 소주 3잔을 음주하게 한 후, 제1그룹에는 실시예 1의 숙취해소 음료를 제공하고, 제2그룹에는 실시예 2의 숙취해소 음료를 제공하고, 제3그룹에는 실시예 3의 숙취해소 음료를 제공하고, 제4그룹에는 비교예의 숙취해소 음료를 제공하였다. 숙취해소 음료를 음주 전후에 복용한 후, 취침하고, 8시간 후 기상하여 아래 각 항목별로 5점 척도법에 따라 평가하여 그 결과를 나타내었다(1점: 매우 나쁨, 2점: 나쁨, 3점: 보통, 4점: 좋음, 5점: 아주 좋음).The efficacy of the hangover-relieving beverages of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples was evaluated for 40 adults.
