Claims (4)
2) 상온에서 상기 삶은 보리를 띄우는 단계;
3) 상기 띄워진 보리에 청국장 가루와 천일염을 혼합하는 단계; 및
4) 상기 혼합물에 고추씨를 혼합하고 며칠 간격으로 소금으로 간을 맞추는 단계;를 포함하는 보리막장의 제조 방법.
