Claims (3)
- 떡갈비 성형기에 있어서,
떡갈비 성형기에 장착되는 회전판(10)에 성형하고자 하는 형상의 타공이 형성되고, 이 회전판(10)의 타공된 곳에 성형몰드(11)를 장착하여 구성된 떡갈비 성형기와;
상기의 회전판(10)이 회전함에 따라 몰드 승강트랙(22)에 의해서 성형몰드(11)가 승강 동작을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 떡갈비 성형기와;
상기의 회전판(10) 정위치에 도달했을때 성형 프래스(14)가 하강하여 떡갈비를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 떡갈비 성형기와:
상기의 회전판(10)과 성형 프래스(14)의 유기적 연결로 회전판(10)이 회전함에 따라 연속 생산이 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 떡갈비 성형기와:
상기의 떡갈비 성형기를 이용하여 생산하는 떡갈비. - 제1항에 있어서
상기의 회전판(10)의 타공부위와 성형몰드(11)는 도3과 도4와 같이 생산하고자 하는 떡갈비의 형태에 따라 외형을 각기 달리하는 특징으로 하는 떡갈비 성형기. - 제1항에 있어서
떡갈비 성형기를 이용하여 생산하는 떡갈비는 종이호일로 감싸져 성형되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 떡갈비.
