이를 위하여, 곤드레를 세척한 뒤 탈수하는 단계; 상기 탈수된 곤드레를 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조된 곤드레를 덖음기에서 덖음하는 단계; 상기 덖음된 곤드레를 수작업으로 비벼서 연화시키는 유념 단계; 상기 유념된 곤드레를 2차 건조하는 단계; 고추장, 마늘, 버터, 풍미유, 고춧가루, 정백당, 정제염, 참기름, 간장 및 양파, 대파, 배추, 무 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 소스를 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 곤드레와 소스를 1:1 비율로 하나의 파우치에 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤드레를 이용한 간편식 제조 방법을 제공한다.

Claims (1)
- 곤드레를 세척한 뒤 탈수하는 단계;
상기 탈수된 곤드레를 건조하는 단계;
상기 건조된 곤드레를 덖음기에서 덖음하는 단계;
상기 덖음된 곤드레를 수작업으로 비벼서 연화시키는 유념 단계;
상기 유념된 곤드레를 2차 건조하는 단계;
고추장, 마늘, 버터, 풍미유, 고춧가루, 정백당, 정제염, 참기름, 간장 및 양파, 대파, 배추, 무 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 포함하여 구성되는 소스를 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 곤드레와 소스를 1:1 비율로 하나의 파우치에 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곤드레를 이용한 간편식 제조 방법.
