Description

System for safely Lighting a Crosswalk}System for safely lighting a crosswalk

The present invention relates to a safety lighting system for protecting pedestrians on a pedestrian crossing, and more specifically, a traffic light installed on a pedestrian crossing with a color of light irradiated to indicate a pedestrian crossing waiting line, a vehicle stop line, a pedestrian crossing line, a road boundary line, and a center line. The present invention relates to a pedestrian crossing safety lighting system that is interlocked and controlled and can alarm when a vehicle exceeds a vehicle stop line.

In general, a pedestrian crossing is displayed on a road where a car is crossing to cross the road on the road surface in order to allow pedestrians to safely cross the road. By installing dragon traffic lights, pedestrians are allowed to cross the road safely.

In addition, street lights including the periphery of the pedestrian crossing are installed at night to turn on and turn off at sunrise to enable vehicles driving on the road at night and pedestrians crossing the road to safely drive and walk.

However, as the street light should not be disturbed by the driver's view on the driving vehicle, the brightness is relatively dark, and it only illuminates the pedestrian crossing and the edge of the road. Traffic accidents are frequently occurring because the driver cannot pass the vehicle without stopping because the driver cannot properly identify the pedestrian crossing.

In order to solve this problem, conventionally, a post is installed on the side of the road where the crosswalk is located, and a horizontal bar is installed horizontally across the road on the top of the post, and by installing a plurality of lights on the horizontal bar, the road surface is A lighting device capable of illuminating the displayed crosswalk has been proposed.

Patent Document 1 proposes a traffic light holding device incorporating a function of a traffic light that controls the flow of a vehicle and a pedestrian, and a lighting function that prevents a pedestrian accident by lighting on a pedestrian crossing.

However, such a device simply illuminates the pedestrian crossing provided on the road, and when the pedestrian crossing line formed on the road using paint containing a reflective material is worn by a driving vehicle, it is erased or not clear. There was a limit in reducing the risk of safety accidents between vehicles and pedestrians because it was impossible to check the pedestrian crossing line even if the road on the road was brightly lit.

In addition, on the road 2 to 3m away from the pedestrian crossing, a vehicle stop line is displayed for the safety of pedestrians, but a vehicle exceeding the vehicle stop line compromises pedestrian safety or causes a violation of the vehicle's stop line. Oral develops.

In particular, when snowfall is accumulated on the road at night or in rainy weather or during winter, the incidence of traffic accidents increases according to the visual confirmation of vehicle stops, pedestrian crossing lines, and lanes on the road surface as compared to daytime.

In order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, an embodiment of the present invention is a pedestrian crossing waiting line displayed on both sidewalks around a crosswalk, an illumination line and a road boundary line and a center line formed on vehicle stop lines displayed on both sides of the road. The first lighting unit 120 may irradiate light to the pedestrian crossing waiting line B1. At this time, the first lighting unit 120 may form a first lighting line so that the pedestrian crossing waiting line B1 is displayed in a certain color. Here, the first lighting unit 120 may emit green or red light.

Alternatively, the first lighting unit 120 may irradiate a part of the pedestrian crossing line B3 so as to brightly illuminate the pedestrian pedestrian crossing.

The second lighting unit 130 may irradiate light to the vehicle stop line B2. At this time, the second lighting unit 130 may form a second lighting line so that the vehicle stop line B2 is displayed in a certain color. Here, the first lighting unit 120 may emit green or red light.

Meanwhile, the lighting device 100 may further include an RF transmitter 150 and an illuminance sensor 140.

The RF transmitter 150 may transmit a control signal to the road sign bottle 200. Here, the control signal may be a signal for controlling the light emission color and blinking of the road sign bottle 200. The control signal may be provided by the system controller 300 as described below.

The illuminance sensor 140 may be arranged to face the road surface in the lighting device 100. At this time, the illuminance sensor 140 may detect ambient illumination.

The road sign bottle 200 may be installed in a plurality along the lane of the road on which the vehicle travels. At this time, the road sign bottle 200 may be installed within a certain distance from the vehicle stop line (B2). Here, the road sign bottle 200 may be buried at regular intervals on the border between the center line and the edge of the road.

In addition, the road sign bottle 200 may emit a certain color so that the driver of the vehicle can identify the lane. Here, the road sign bottle 200 may emit green and red light. At this time, the road sign bottle 200 may be operated in a light emission color and a flashing cycle or a lighting and extinguishing cycle according to the control signal of the RF transmitter 150.

The system controller 300 may control the light emission color of the lighting device 100 and the road sign bottle 200 according to the signal color of a pedestrian traffic light installed on a pedestrian crossing. That is, the system controller 300 may control the colors of the first lighting line and the second lighting line, and control the emission color and emission cycle of the plurality of road sign bottles 200.

In addition, the system control unit 300 may determine whether the vehicle has crossed the vehicle stop line B2 through the position detection sensor 400. At this time, the system control unit 300 may control the alarm unit 500 to warn the vehicle when it detects that the vehicle has crossed the vehicle stop line B2 from the position sensor 400.

In addition, the system control unit 300 determines whether the illuminance detected by the illuminance sensor 140 is less than or equal to a threshold value and decreases to a threshold value or less, so that the plurality of road sign bottles 200 sequentially emit light along the vehicle's traveling direction. Can be controlled.

The position sensor 400 may be buried on both sides of the vehicle stop line B2. The position sensor 400 may detect the position of the vehicle. At this time, the position detection sensor 400 may detect whether the vehicle has crossed the vehicle stop line B2.

The alarm unit 500 may warn the vehicle under the control of the system control unit 300 when the vehicle crosses the vehicle stop line B2 during a walking signal.

More specifically, when a pedestrian signals a pedestrian signal, when the vehicle crosses the vehicle stop line B2, the position sensor 400 may detect that the vehicle has crossed the vehicle stop line B2. At this time, the system control unit 300 may control the alarm unit 500 to warn the vehicle.

Here, the alarm unit 500 may be a speaker that performs a voice warning to the vehicle. Such a speaker may be installed on a pillar of a pedestrian traffic light or a pillar (H1) on which a traffic safety facility (H3) is installed. In addition, the alarm unit 500 may be installed in the lighting device 100.

Alternatively, the alarm unit 500 may send a warning signal to the vehicle to be alerted through a speaker in the vehicle. At this time, the alarm unit 500 may be a communication means capable of communicating with the vehicle.

Thereby, since the driver can easily recognize the vehicle stop line B2, it is possible to ensure the safety of the pedestrian by allowing the vehicle stop line B2 to be observed.

The pedestrian crossing safety lighting system 10 may control the emission color of the first lighting line, the second lighting line, and the plurality of road sign 200 according to the signal color of the pedestrian traffic light installed on the pedestrian crossing.

FIG. 3 is a use state diagram showing color control of a vehicle stop line in FIG. 1.

When the pedestrian traffic light is a pedestrian signal, that is, when the green light is on and the traffic light for the vehicle is on, the second light line corresponding to the vehicle stop line B2 forms red, thereby allowing the driver to In addition to traffic lights, it can be recognized that the vehicle must be stopped.

In this case, the system controller 300 may control the second lighting unit 130 to emit red light by the traffic light controller 20. That is, the second lighting line (B2-R) may form a red color on the road surface.

4 is a state diagram showing the color control of the pedestrian crossing line in FIG.

When the pedestrian traffic light is a pedestrian signal, that is, when the green light is on and the traffic light for a vehicle is on, the first light line corresponding to the pedestrian crossing waiting line B1 is green, thereby allowing the pedestrian to walk. , And the driver can recognize that the vehicle should be stopped.

In this case, the system controller 300 may control the first lighting unit 120 to emit green light by the traffic light controller 20. That is, the first lighting line (B1-G) may form green on the road surface as shown in the left side of FIG. 4.

Conversely, when the pedestrian traffic light is a stop sign, that is, when the red light is on and the traffic light for vehicles is on, the first light line corresponding to the pedestrian crossing waiting line B1 forms red, Recognizes signal waiting, and the driver can recognize normal vehicle operation.

In this case, the system controller 300 may control the first lighting unit 120 to emit red light by the traffic light controller 20. That is, the first lighting line (B1-L) may form a red color on the road surface as shown in the right side of FIG. 4.

Figure 5 is a use state diagram showing an example of the color control of the road sign bottle in Figure 1,

When the pedestrian traffic light is a pedestrian signal, that is, when the green light is on and the traffic light for the vehicle is on, the road sign bottle 200 emits red light, so that the pedestrian recognizes the pedestrian and the driver stops the vehicle. You can recognize that you should.

At this time, the system control unit 300 may control the road sign bottle 200 to emit red light by the traffic light controller 20. That is, the road sign bottle 200 may emit red (200-R) on the road surface.

6 is a use state diagram showing another example of color control of the road sign bottle in FIG. 1.

When the pedestrian traffic light is a stop sign, that is, when the red light is on and the traffic light for the vehicle is green, the road sign bottle 200 forms green, so that the pedestrian recognizes the signal waiting and the driver is a normal vehicle. You can recognize the operation.

In this case, the system controller 300 may control the road sign bottle 200 to emit green light by the traffic light controller 20. That is, the road sign bottle 200 may emit green (200-R) on the road surface.

As such, the first lighting line for the pedestrian crossing waiting line (B1) is a pedestrian traffic light. The same color emits light, and the second lighting unit 130 and the road sign 200 for the vehicle stop line B2 emit different colors from the pedestrian traffic lights. That is, the first lighting line may emit light in the same color as the pedestrian traffic light, and the second lighting line and the road sign bottle 200 may emit light in the same color as the traffic light for vehicles.

Thereby, the pedestrian can easily identify the pedestrian crossing and the pedestrian crossing waiting line (B1), and the driver can easily identify the pedestrian crossing and the vehicle stop line (B2), thereby ensuring the safety of the pedestrian, thus preventing traffic accidents. Can be prevented.

FIG. 7 is a use state diagram showing control of a road sign bottle during fog in FIG. 1.

When the illuminance decreases below a threshold due to fog during the daytime, the road sign bottle 200 sequentially emits light along the direction of travel of the vehicle, so that the driver of the vehicle entering the pedestrian crossing can easily approach the pedestrian crossing. Can be identified.

At this time, the system controller 300 may control the road sign bottle 200 to blink when the illuminance is determined to be below a threshold value according to the detection result by the illuminance sensor 140. Here, the road sign bottle 200 may sequentially emit light along the direction of travel of the vehicle.

That is, the blinking direction is formed from the road sign bottle 200 at the position farthest from the vehicle stop line B2 to the road sign bottle 200 at the position closest to the vehicle stop line B2. 200) may have a flashing direction.

Hereinafter, the lighting device 100 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 8 to 9. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the lighting device of FIG. 1, FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 8, and FIG. 10 is an exploded perspective view showing the first substrate and the first cover plate in FIGS. 7 and 8.

The lighting device 100 may include a heat radiating member 110, a first lighting unit 120 and a second lighting unit 130.

The heat dissipation member 110 can be assembled to be detachably attached to the traffic safety facility by recessing the placement portion 112 of a certain depth on one side facing the road where the crosswalk and stop line are displayed.

The heat dissipation member 110 is assembled directly or indirectly under the traffic safety facility H3, such as a signal sign.

The heat dissipation member 110 in which the first lighting unit 120 and the second lighting unit 130 are installed protrudes a plurality of heat dissipation fins 114 which are inclined outwardly on the outer surface so as to discharge heat generated during lighting to the outside. It is preferably formed and made of a material having high thermal conductivity such as aluminum.

The first lighting unit 120 is electrically connected to the power supply device 118, which is inserted and placed in the placement unit 112 recessed in the heat dissipation member, and has a plurality of first LEDs 122 that generate light when power is applied. The first cover plate 128 including the first substrate 124 and covering the first substrate 124 to protect the pedestrians by irradiating the light generated when the first LED 122 emits light to the sidewalk line B3. A plurality of aspherical lenses 126 are protruded in each region corresponding to the plurality of first LEDs to brighten the pedestrian crossing.

Accordingly, the first lighting unit 120 is not installed on the heat dissipation member 110 provided in the traffic safety facility H3 corresponding to the upper portion of the pedestrian crossing line B3, and traffic safety spaced a certain distance from the pedestrian crossing Light generated from the first LED 122 of the first substrate while being installed in the heat radiating member provided in the facility is refracted by the aspherical lens 126 of the first cover plate, and then directly under the traffic safety facility H1. The crosswalk line (B3) displayed on the road spaced a certain distance from the road surface can be lightly inclined to illuminate.

At this time, the refractive angle of the light generated by the first LED 122 of the first substrate 124 is easily replaced by a simple replacement of the first cover plate 128 protruding the aspherical lens 126 to have various refractive angles. It can be adjusted according to the installation conditions.

In addition, the first substrate 124 is fixedly installed by a plurality of fastening members so as to be in close contact with any one of the mounting surfaces 116 formed on both sides of the entrance of the placement portion 112, and thus occurs when the first LED 122 emits light. The heat to be said is that the heat is transferred to the side of the heat dissipation member that forms the mounting surface 116 and can be released to the outside.

The second lighting unit 130 is a plurality of second LEDs 132 that are electrically connected to the power supply device 118, which is inserted and placed in the placement unit 112 recessed in the heat dissipation member 110 to generate light when power is applied. A second cover plate 138 including a second substrate 134 having a second cover 124 and protecting the second substrate 124 covers the light generated when the second LED 132 emits light from the pedestrian crossing line B3. A line type light guide lens 136 for line formation may be formed in a region corresponding to the plurality of second LEDs 132 so as to illuminate the straight second lighting line by irradiating toward the vehicle stop line B2 spaced apart from each other.

Here, the second LED 132 is preferably provided as an LED element that emits red light or green light when power is applied.

Accordingly, like the first lighting unit 120, the second lighting unit 130 is also installed in the heat dissipation member 110 provided in the traffic safety facility spaced a certain distance from the vehicle stop line B2, and the second substrate 134 The light generated from the second LED 132 of the second cover plate is refracted by the straight-line light guide lens 136 for line formation, then converted to a straight line lighting, and then the road surface directly under the traffic safety facility (H1) This is to form a straight second lighting line parallel to the vehicle stop line B2 displayed on the road spaced a certain distance from the vehicle.

At this time, the refractive angle of the light generated by the second LED 132 of the second substrate is used for easy replacement of the second cover plate 138 protruding the straight-line light guide lens 136 for line formation to have various refractive angles. Can be adjusted accordingly.

And the second substrate 134, like the first substrate, is fixedly installed by a plurality of fastening members so as to be in close contact with the other side of the mounting surface 116 formed on both sides of the entrance of the placement portion 112, so that the second LED emits light. The heat generated at the time can be released by heat transfer to the heat radiation member side.

On the other hand, the placement unit 112 of the heat dissipation member 110 is installed and fixed by inserting and placing at least one camera 142 for photographing a traffic situation in which a vehicle travels on a road and a pedestrian walks on a pedestrian crossing as an image, One side of the mounting surface 116 provided on both sides of the entrance of the placement unit 112 is provided with a third lighting unit 144 that provides lighting for imaging using the camera 112, and the camera 142 is provided with daylight And a day filter for daytime and a day-night filter in which daytime night filters are replaced every day and night so that images can be taken even at night.

Accordingly, the driving state of the vehicle driving on the road or stopped on the vehicle stop line and the pedestrian walking state of passing the pedestrian crossing are captured by an image by a camera, and the captured image is transmitted wirelessly or wired to the control room for monitoring. It will be printed out and verified or stored in the server.

In addition, an illuminance sensor 140 and an RF transmitter 150 as described above may be provided on the other side of the mounting surface 116.

In addition, the heat radiating member 110 includes a horizontal transparent plate 161 covering and protecting the entrance of the placement portion, and a vertical transparent plate 162 bent from both ends of the horizontal transparent plate to seal both open ends of the placement portion 112. It includes a cover member comprising.

Accordingly, the placement unit 112 is blocked from the external environment by the cover member 160, so that the power supply device 118 and the camera 142, which are placed and fixedly installed in the placement unit, are contaminated or damaged by the external environment. It prevents them from becoming and extends the service life.

Here, the power supply unit 118 stably supplies external power to the LEDs provided in the first, second and third lighting units, and the power supply unit 118 converts the AC current of commercial power supplied from the outside into a DC current. After switching to, a switching mode power supply that supplies the LED can be selectively used. In addition, the power supply device 118 may be supplied with power from the solar device 600 and transformed to provide power.

Hereinafter, the road sign bottle 200 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 10 to 13. 11 is a block diagram of the road sign bottles of FIGS. 1 and 2, FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of the road sign bottles of FIGS. 1 and 2, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing the cover of FIG. 12 in detail.

The road sign bottle 200 includes a solar concentrator 210, a charging battery 220, a power controller 230, an LED module 240, an RF receiver 250, a controller 260, and a clock unit 270 do.

The solar light concentrator 210 may charge the charging battery 220 by generating power from sunlight. The solar concentrator 210 may include a solar cell 212 and a charging unit 214.

The photovoltaic cell 212 may collect sunlight and generate electric power. The solar cell 212 may be provided on the top of the road sign bottle 200, as described later. That is, the solar cell 212 may be provided on a portion exposed to the outside on the road 20.

The charging unit 214 may charge the charging battery 220 by converting the electric power generated from the photovoltaic cell 212 into a voltage suitable for charging the charging battery 220.

The charging battery 220 may be charged by electric power supplied from the solar concentrator 210. Also, the rechargeable battery 220 may supply power to the LED module 240. Of course, the rechargeable battery 220 may supply power to other components, for example, the power control unit 230, the RF receiving unit 250, the control unit 260, and the clock unit 270.

The power control unit 230 may supply or cut off the power of the rechargeable battery 220 to the LED module 240. As a result, the power control unit 230 may control the flashing cycle of the LED module 240.

In addition, the power control unit 230 may control the operation of the LED module 240 so that the charging battery 220 is not completely discharged according to the charging state of the charging battery 220. That is, the power control unit 230 may sequentially control any one of the amount of light, the flashing period, the light emission time, and the forced off of the LED module 240 according to the charging state of the charging battery 220. At this time, the sequential control is to control to consume only the minimum power while observing the regulations for installation of the road sign bottle 200 or the remaining power supply time of the rechargeable battery 220.

For example, the power control unit 230 may reduce the amount of light of the LED module 240 when the charging state of the charging battery 220 is equal to or less than the first threshold value. Here, since the road sign bottle 200 is regulated to continuously emit light, the power control unit 230 reduces only the amount of light of the LED module 240 in order to reduce power consumption while the LED module 240 continuously emits light. Can.

The LED module 240 may emit light by receiving power from the charging battery 220 under the control of the power control unit 230. The LED module 240 may be provided on the left and right sides of the solar cell 212.

Also, the LED module 240 may emit at least one of two colors. For example, the LED module 240 may emit green when the pedestrian traffic light is a stop signal, and emit red when the pedestrian traffic light is a pedestrian signal.

The RF receiver 250 may receive a control command from the RF transmitter 150. That is, the RF receiver 250 may communicate with the lighting device 100.

The controller 260 may control the operation of the LED module 240 according to a control command received from the RF receiver 250. That is, the control unit 260 may control the blinking or emission color of the LED module 240 according to a control command by a signal of a pedestrian traffic light.

In addition, the control unit 260 may control the operation cycle of the LED module 240 based on the time information of the clock unit 270. Here, since the road sign bottle 200 is provided with a plurality of on the road to form a light emission pattern, it should be controlled based on the same time. To this end, the control unit 260 may synchronize time information of the clock unit 270 with time information of another road sign bottle 200.

The clock unit 270 may provide time information. Here, the time information may be a reference time for controlling the blinking of the LED module 240. The clock unit 270 may include a clock generating device therein. In addition, the watch unit 270 may be synchronized with the watch unit of the other road sign bottle 200 by the control unit 260.

Also, the road sign bottle 200 may include a cover 201, a body module 202, and a case 204.

The cover 201 is a portion that protrudes to the outside while the road sign bottle 200 is inserted into the road, and may emit light emitted from the LED module 240 to the outside.

The body module 202 is disposed inside the case 204 and may include components as described above with reference to FIG. 11.

The case 204 may be disposed under the cover 201 and combined with the cover 201. The case 204 may be a part embedded in the road.

13, the cover 201 may include a coupling hole 201b and a diverging portion 201a. Here, the cover 201 may be made of a transparent material in the central portion so that sunlight enters or emits light emitted from the LED module 240.

The coupling hole 201b may be formed through the cover 201. The cover 201 and the case 204 may be coupled by inserting a fastening means such as a bolt into the coupling hole 201b.

The diverging unit 201a may have a stepped structure to refract light emitted from the LED module 240 and radiate it to the outside. That is, the diverging portion 201a may be provided with an opening surface on the lower side of the cover 201, that is, the main body module 202 side, and an inclined surface inclined at an angle with the opening surface. Here, the inclined surface may have a stepped structure. In addition, the diverging portion 201a may include an exit surface formed at an angle with the inclined surface. The diverging portion 201a may be provided in a substantially triangular shape.

By the divergence unit 201a, light introduced from the opening surface from the LED module 240 disposed under the cover 201 is refracted on an inclined surface having a staircase structure and can be emitted to the outside through the exit surface. .

The main body module 202 may be provided with a solar cell 212 on the upper side, and an inclined LED module 240 at the top of the side portion 202b protruding to the side. At this time, the LED module 240 may be arranged in a diagonal direction to output light at an inclined angle from the side portion 202b.

In addition, the main body module 202 may be provided with an RF receiver 250 as described above on one side of the solar cell 212.

In addition, the main body module 202 may be provided with a circuit board 203 having a circuit configuration as described above with reference to FIG. 11. The circuit board 203 may be provided below or inside the body module 202. Here, the circuit board 203 may be equipped with a rechargeable battery 220, a power control unit 230, a control unit 260, and a clock unit 270.

The case 204 may include a seating portion 204a, a groove portion 205b, and a coupling hole 204c. Here, the case 204 may be made of aluminum to prevent corrosion.

The seating portion 204a may be provided at the central portion of the case 204. The main body module 202 may be inserted and seated in the seating portion 204a. In addition, the seating portion 204a may have a shape corresponding to the external shape of the body module 202. In one example, the seating portion 204a may be provided in a substantially cross shape. At this time, the longitudinal direction of the seating portion 204a may be seated at the central portion of the body module 202, and the width direction may be seated at the side portion 202b of the body module 202.

The groove portion 204b may be provided along the outer periphery of the seating portion 204a. A waterproof rubber ring may be inserted into the groove portion 204b.

The coupling hole 204c may be provided at a position corresponding to the coupling hole 201b of the cover 201. Here, the coupling hole 204c may be provided outside the groove portion 204b. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the inflow of foreign substances from the outside in the space where the waterproof rubber ring is formed between the cover 201 and the case 204.

한편, 도로 표지병(200)은 도로면에 매설되기 때문에 건물 등 주변의 시설물에 의해 그늘이 발생하여 자가 충전이 곤란한 경우, 외부로부터 공급되는 전력에 의해 충전 배터리(220)를 충전할 수 있다 .On the other hand, since the road sign bottle 200 is buried on the road surface, it is possible to charge the charging battery 220 by the power supplied from the outside when the self-charging is difficult due to shade caused by surrounding facilities such as buildings.

In this case, the pedestrian crossing safety lighting system 10 may further include a solar device 600. 14 is a block diagram of a solar device providing power to the road sign bottle of FIG. 1.

The solar device 600 may include a solar light collecting module 610, a battery 620, a power control module 630 and a transformer 640.

The solar light collecting module 610 may be disposed on the top of the pillar H1 of a pedestrian traffic light or a vehicle traffic light.
