Description
도 4 내지 6은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 6을 통해 제조된 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물의 항산화 활성 분석을 위해 DPPH라디칼 소거능을 분석하여 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 7 내지 9는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 6을 통해 제조된 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물의 항산화 활성 분석을 위해 ABTS라디칼 소거능을 분석하여 나타내 그래프이다.
도 10은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 6을 통해 제조된 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물을 촬영하여 나타낸 사진이다.
Claims (4)
- 베리류 및 조개젓갈이 함유되며,
상기 베리류는 복분자 또는 아로니아로 이루어지고,
상기 조개젓갈은 바지락, 동죽 및 굴로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물은 멸치육수 100 중량부, 바지락 젓갈 20 내지 30 중량부, 복분자 또는 아로니아로 이루어진 베리류 20 내지 30 중량부, 간장 20 내지 30 중량부, 올리고당 20 내지 30 중량부, 참기름 10 내지 20 중량부, 미림 20 내지 30 중량부, 고추기름 4 내지 6 중량부 및 구연산 0.5 내지 1.5 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물은 물 100 중량부, 동죽젓갈 10 내지 20 중량부, 복분자 또는 아로니아로 이루어진 베리류 10 내지 20 중량부, 액젓 30 내지 40 중량부, 식초 60 내지 70 중량부, 설탕 60 내지 70 중량부, 미림 30 내지 40 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물은 설탕 100 중량부 굴 젓갈 5 내지 15 중량부, 복분자 또는 아로니아로 이루어진 베리류 4 내지 6 중량부, 마늘 10 내지 20 중량부, 양파 25 내지 30 중량부, 간장 70 내지 80 중량부, 미림 2 내지 3 중량부 및 감자전분 10 내지 15 중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베리류와 조개젓갈이 함유된 소스 조성물.
