Claims (4)
- 소의 사골, 소의 잡뼈, 반골 및 소머리뼈를 찬물에 담구어 핏물을 제거하는 단계;
상기 핏물 제거 단계를 거쳐 얻어진 소의 뼈를 솥과 같은 용기에 넣어서 찬물을 붓고 끓여 일정시간 마다 기름을 걷어내고 양파, 대파 흰 뿌리, 청주, 배추잎, 월계수 잎을 넣고 물을 보충하면서 서서히 끓여 누린 맛이제거된 곰탕 육수 수프를 제조하는 단계;
이어서, 얻어진 상기 곰탕 육수 수프 1000cc에 대해, 매생이 분말, 돼지 감자 분말, 및 여주 분말에서 선택된 1종 이상을 각각 1 내지 2mg, 그리고 양파 분말 1 내지 2mg, 마늘분말 1 내지 2mg, 나한과 분말 0.5 내지 2mg, 오트밀 분말 0.5 내지 2.0mg을 혼합하여 이루어진 성인병 예방 소스 혼합물을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 곰탕 육수 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기와 같이 제조된 곰탕 육수에 양파, 대파 흰 뿌리, 생강, 월계수 잎, 양지고기, 사태 및 청주를 포함하는 수육을 얇게 썰어서 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 옥수수 전분에서 추출된 수용성 식이섬유 추출물 분말 1 내지 2.0mg를 추가로 첨가하는 제조방법.
- 소의 사골, 소의 잡뼈, 반골 및 소머리뼈를 찬물에 담구어 핏물을제거하는 단계;
상기 핏물 제거 단계를 거쳐 얻어진 소의 뼈를 솥과 같은 용기에 넣어서 찬물을 붓고 끓여 일정시간 마다 기름을 걷어내고 양파, 대파 흰 뿌리, 청주, 배추잎, 월계수 잎을 넣고 물을 보충하면서 서서히 끓여 누린 맛이제거된 곰탕 육수 수프를 제조하는 단계;

상기와 같이 제조된 곰탕 육수에 양파, 대파 흰 뿌리, 생강, 월계수 잎, 양지고기, 사태 및 청주를 포함하는 수육을 얇게 썰어서 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 성인병 예방을 위한 사골 곰탕 제조방법.
