Claims (2)
- 정제염 100 중량부에 대하여, 허브분말 5 ~ 6 중량부, 정백당 70 ~ 80 중량부, 무수결정포도당 1 ~ 중량부, 말토텍스트린 110 ~ 120 중량부, 흑후추분말 10 ~ 12 중량부, 백후추분말 10 ~ 12 중량부, 파슬리분만 2 ~ 3 중량부, 바질분말 2 ~ 3 중량부, 건양파분말 5 ~ 6 중량부, 건마늘분말 4 ~ 5 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 염지액을 제조한 후, 염지액으로 생닭을 염지한 다음, 0 ~ ?2℃의 저온상태에서 24시간 동안 숙성시키고, 포장 단위 별로 계량하여 포장지에 넣고 진공 및 밀봉 포장하여 -2℃ ~ -5℃의 온도로 냉장 보관하거나 -18℃ 이하의 온도로 냉동 보관한 것을 특징으로 한 허브 숙성오리의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해서 제조된 것을 특징으로 한 허브 숙성오리.
