Claims (9)
- 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법에 있어서,
분말 형태의 발효 산양삼 및 분말 형태의 숙성 도라지를 혼합한 후, 교반하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 준비된 혼합물과 물을 혼합한 후, 반죽하여 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물을 준비하는 단계를 포함하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물은,
전체 혼합물 성분의 중량 비율에서 상기 발효 산양삼 5 중량% ~ 20 중량% 및 상기 숙성 도라지 80 중량% ~ 95 중량%로 조성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 혼합물과 물을 혼합하여 상기 조성물을 준비하는 단계는,
상기 혼합물과 물의 혼합 비율은 1 : 0.7 ~ 2의 중량비율로 혼합하여 상기 조성물을 준비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조성물을 다른 부가 재료와 혼합하여, 환, 분말, 젤리 및 액상 형태 중 어느 하나의 형태의 최종 제품을 제조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발효산양삼은,
산양삼의 뿌리를 물에 1회 ~ 5회 세척하는 과정;
상기 세척된 산양삼의 뿌리를 90℃ ~ 100℃에서 50분 ~ 70분 동안 증자하는 과정;
상기 증자된 산양삼의 뿌리를 70℃ ~ 80℃에서 3일 ~ 5일 동안 숙성하는 과정;
상기 증자 과정과 숙성 과정을 3회 ~ 5회 반복하는 과정;
상기 증자 과정과 숙성 과정을 3회 ~ 5회 반복한 산양삼의 뿌리를 55℃ ~ 60℃에서 2일 ~ 3일 동안 열풍 건조하는 과정; 및
상기 열풍 건조된 산양삼의 뿌리에 유산균을 2% ~ 5%(v/v) 접종한 후, 45시간 ~ 52시간 동안 발효시키는 과정을 통해 제조된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 숙성도라지는,
도라지의 뿌리를 물에 1회 ~ 5회 세척하는 과정;
상기 세척된 도라지의 뿌리를 90℃ ~ 100℃에서 50분 ~ 70분 동안 증자하는 과정;
상기 증자된 도라지의 뿌리를 75℃ ~ 85℃에서 3일 ~ 5일 동안 숙성하는 과정; 및
상기 숙성된 도라지의 뿌리를 55℃ ~ 60℃에서 2일 ~ 3일 동안 열풍 건조하는 과정을 통해 제조된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물의 제조 방법. - 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물에 있어서,
분말 형태의 발효 산양삼과 분말 형태의 숙성 도라지를 혼합한 혼합물 및 물을 혼합한 후 반죽하여 조성한 조성물을 포함하는 발효산양삼과 숙성도라지를 이용한 조성물. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 발효산양삼은,
산양삼의 뿌리를 물에 1회 ~ 5회 세척하는 과정;
상기 세척된 산양삼의 뿌리를 90℃ ~ 100℃에서 50분 ~ 70분 동안 증자하는 과정;
상기 증자된 산양삼의 뿌리를 70℃ ~ 80℃에서 3일 ~ 5일 동안 숙성하는 과정;
