Abstract
본 발명의 방법으로 제조되는 비료는 식물이 생장하는데 필수적인 무기질과 미네랄이 균형있게 함유되고 이를 식물이 효율적으로 흡수할 수 있어서 뿌리생장이 촉진되고 식물의 생육이 우수하며, 살균 및 방충효과를 발휘하여 병충해를 효과적이고 환경친화적으로 방제하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 물 100 중량부에 미네랄 3~10 중량부를 혼합하여 미네랄이 함유된 물을 제조하는 단계;
에탄올 100 중량부에 송진 분말 35~45 중량부를 혼합하고 5~15 일간 정치하여 송진 분말이 용해된 에탄올 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 미네랄이 함유된 물 30~50 중량%, 상기 송진 분말이 용해된 에탄올 용액 30~50 중량% 및 유화제 5~20 중량%를 혼합하는 단계;를 포함하는 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 비료의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 단계; 이후에,
미네랄 10~20 중량%, 깻묵 1~5 중량%, 골분 1~5 중량%, 미강 1~5 중량%, 당 1~5 중량%, 비파나무 1~3 중량%, 참가시나무 0.5~3.0 중량%, 석류 분말 0.5~3.0 중량% 및 포도 분말 0.5~3.0 중량%를 물 60~80 중량%와 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합물에 유산균과 효모를 접종하고 상온에서 20~25 일간 발효시키는 단계; 및
상기 제조된 비료 100 중량부에 상기 발효액 20~35 중량부를 혼합하는 단계;가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 비료의 제조방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 발효액 100 중량부에 인산화합물 5~10 중량부를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 비료의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 혼합하는 단계; 이후에,
칼슘 또는 마그네슘 15~30 중량%와 당 2~10 중량%를 물 60~80 중량%와 혼합하고 유산균과 효모를 접종하여 상온에서 20~25 일간 발효시켜 발효 칼슘 및 발효 마그네슘을 제조하는 단계;
상기 발효 칼슘 30~40 중량%, 발효 마그네슘 30~40 중량% 및 규산 20~30 중량%를 혼합하여 무기질 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 제조된 비료 100 중량부에 상기 무기질 혼합물 5~10 중량부를 첨가하는 단계;가 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 비료의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제조된 비료 100 중량부에 죽초액 5~15 중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미네랄 성분을 함유하는 비료의 제조방법.
