또한, 본 발명은 곡물 혼합물의 주재료인 발아현미, 찰 보리, 쌀눈, 청차조 및 귀리를 준비하는 공정(S110); 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 찌는 공정(S120); 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 건조하는 공정(S130); 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 볶는 공정(S140); 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 50 내지 300mesh로 각각 분말 화하는 공정(S150); 및 각각 분말 화된 주재료를 혼합하는 공정(S160);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

S120 : 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 찌는 공정
S130 : 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 건조하는 공정
S140 : 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 볶는 공정
S150 : 곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 50~300mesh로 각각 분말 화하는 공정
S160 : 각각 분말 화된 주재료가 중량부로 분말된 발아현미 30~60부, 찰 보리 20~40부, 쌀눈 1~15부, 청차조 1~15부 및 귀리 5~25부가 포함되어 혼합하는 공정
S161 : 단호박 또는 고구마 중 어느 하나 이상이 곡물 혼합물에 혼합되는 공정
S165 : 곡물 혼합물과 누룽지를 섞는 공정
S170 : 식이섬유 또는 조미료 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가물을 섞는 공정
Claims (12)
- 중량부로 분말된 발아현미 30 내지 60부, 찰 보리 20 내지 40부, 쌀눈 1 내지 15부, 청차조 1 내지 15부 및 귀리 5 내지 25부가 포함된, 곡물 혼합물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
곡물 혼합물의 수분함량은 2 내지 7%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
단호박 또는 고구마 분말 중 어느 하나 이상의 혼합물이 곡물 혼합물을 더 포함하고, 단호박 또는 고구마 분말 중 어느 하나 이상의 혼합물 함량비율이 25 내지 35중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
누룽지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 청구항 1 또는 4에 있어서,
식이섬유 또는 조미료 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
식이섬유는 레반(levan), 말토덱스트린(maltodextrine), 베타글루칸(β-glucan), 화이버솔(FIBERSOL), 셀룰로스(cellulose), 헤미셀룰로스(hemicellulose), 리그닌(lignin), 펙틴(pectin), 검(gum), 뮤실리지(mucilage), 키틴(chitin), 키토산(Chitosan), 글루코만난(glucomannan), 알긴산(alginic acid), 한천(agar), 이눌린(inulin), 아라비아검(arabic gum), 폴리덱스트로스(Polydextrose), 구아검(guar gum), 카라기난(carrageenan) 중 어느 하나 이상의 식이섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
조미료는 염분, 당분, 멸치 가루, 새우 가루, 해초 가루, 강황 가루, 버섯 가루, 다시마 가루, 가쓰오부시 가루, 소고기 가루, 후추 가루, 된장 가루, 고추 가루, 생강가루, 홍합 가루, 북어 가루, 계피 가루 또는 마늘 가루 중 어느 하나 이상의 조미료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물. - 곡물 혼합물의 주재료인 발아현미, 찰 보리, 쌀눈, 청차조 및 귀리를 준비하는 공정(S110);
곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 찌는 공정(S120);
곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 건조하는 공정(S130);
곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 각각 볶는 공정(S140);
곡물 혼합물의 주재료를 50 내지 300mesh로 각각 분말 화하는 공정(S150); 및

각각 분말 화된 주재료를 혼합하는 공정(S160) 후에 식이섬유 또는 조미료 중 선택되는 하나 이상의 첨가물을 섞는 공정(S170)을 선택적으로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 곡물 혼합물의 제조방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
