Description

Sliding Door} Sliding Door

The present invention relates to a sliding door, and more particularly, to a sliding door which is easy to install on a rail but is not easily released by an external force, and can control the height of the door and the degree of contact with the rail.

Various types of doors are provided for buildings where people live or use. The most suitable form for the building is installed in consideration of functional elements, design elements, and spatial factors. However, a swing door that is hinged to the front and back and a sliding door to the side are most commonly used.

Particularly, sliding doors are widely used when there is not enough space to open and close the doors because of low interference and space utilization. However, the sliding door has more friction than the swing door, so that it needs a lot of force to open or close the door, or often breaks off the rail when the door is opened or closed.

In order to solve this problem, various structures have been developed in which a roller is installed on a door to reduce friction or to prevent a door from being separated from an upper rail and a lower rail.

However, since the conventional sliding door is difficult to install the door while directly viewing the inside of the rail, a lot of efforts have been made to install it, and the height of the door is not easily adjusted. In addition, there was a problem that it was difficult to control the opening and closing force in all operating sections of the door.

The roller portion 42 is inserted into the bracket 41 and slidably moves the door portion 30. The roller portion 42 is coupled to the indent portion 41a of the bracket 41 with a rotation axis. The roller portion 42 may be disposed such that one end of the roller portion 42 is rotatably inserted into the bracket 41 and one end of the roller portion 42 protrudes from the upper portion of the bracket 41 as shown in FIG. One end of the roller portion 42 protruding outward may be inserted into the upper rail 11 or the lower rail 21 and may roll along the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21. [ That is, the roller portion 42 is disposed such that one end thereof is in contact with the inside of the indentation 41a and the other end thereof is inserted into the upper rail 11 or the lower rail 21, (21). Before the roller unit 40 moves along the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21, the roller unit 42 is moved to the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 by an adjusting screw 44 Can be adjusted.

The adjustment screw 44 is a screw member that adjusts the rotation angle of the roller unit 40 and is screwed to the bracket 41 through the penetration portion 62 of the fixed frame 60. One end of the adjusting screw 44 passes through the penetrating portion 62 and is caught by the penetrating portion 62 formed at the other end portion and one end of the adjusting screw 44 passes through the fixing frame 60 is inserted into the recess 41a (Not shown). The adjusting screw 44 can be engaged or disengaged with the engaging portion 411 of the bracket 41 as the threads are formed on the outer peripheral surface and rotate. The adjusting screw 44 can be engaged or disengaged from the bracket 41 according to the rotating direction so that the angle at which the roller unit 40 rotates with respect to the rotation supporting point can be adjusted. That is, by adjusting the adjusting screw 44, it is possible to adjust the degree to which the roller unit 40 is brought into close contact with the upper roller or the lower roller by adjusting the rotation angle of the roller unit 40. Here, the pivotal support point means a pivot center at which the roller unit 40 rotates. The pivot support point may be a rotation axis when the roller unit 40 is axially coupled to the upper support frame 31, It can be a support point if it supports a certain point of the upper support frame 31. [ However, the pivot support point is not necessarily limited to the fixed point, and the position of the point may be varied if the roller unit 40 serves as a center point of rotation. In an embodiment of the present invention, the pivot support point may be a connection point between the bracket 41 and the leaf spring 43. The method of adjusting the angle of the roller unit 40 by the adjusting screw 44 will be described in detail with reference to FIG.

A leaf spring 43 for applying an elastic force to the bracket 41 is disposed between the bracket 41 and the door portion 30.

The leaf spring 43 is an elastic body that applies an elastic force to the bracket 41 and brings the roller portion 42 into close contact with the upper rail 11 or the lower rail 21. The leaf spring 43 is symmetrical with the curved portion 43a of the plurality of brackets 41, As shown in Fig. The plate spring 43 is formed of a thin and elongated plate-like elastic body and has one end fixed to the edge of the bracket 41 and curved from the edge toward the center of the door part 30 to form the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 can be applied with an elastic force. More specifically, the leaf spring 43 includes a curved portion 43a having a curved shape protruding toward the upper portion. One end of the leaf spring 43 is fixed to the bracket 41 and the curved portion 43a is fixed to the bracket 41 And is supported so as to be inclined with respect to the lower surface. The plate spring 43 is formed and arranged in this shape to absorb the impact acting on the door portion 30 and has a feature that the height of the roller portion 42 can be easily adjusted. More specifically, the curved portion 43a protrudes upwardly from the leaf spring 43 so that the roller portion 42 moves in a narrow space as the pivotal width of the door portion 30 and the roller portion 42 increases, It is possible to increase the buffering effect of the door part 30 in a narrow space. In addition, a pair of the upper and lower portions of the door portion 30 are disposed to face each other inwardly so that no interference is caused in the moving direction during sliding movement, There is a feature that the phenomenon of deviation from the rail 21 is minimized. The roller portion 42 is vertically disposed on the upper portion of the plate spring 43 to exert a force on the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 to minimize the escape of the door have.

The roller unit 40 including the structure of the bracket 41, the roller unit 42 and the leaf spring 43 is provided as a pair at the upper and lower ends of the door unit 30, The roller portion 42 may be disposed on the inner side and the rotation support point of the roller unit 40 may be disposed on the outer side. The plurality of roller units 40 disposed at the upper and lower ends of the door unit 30 are disposed in close contact with the upper and lower rails 11 and 21 so that the door unit 30 can be moved up and down between the upper and lower rails 11, Thereby preventing a phenomenon of being detached from the lower rail 21.

2, a plurality of roller units 40 are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the door unit 30 and the roller units 40 are disposed in close contact with the upper and lower rails 11 and 21 The side cover 50 may be coupled to the first hook engaging portion 14 formed on the refracting portion 13 to seal the upper end portion of the door portion 30. [

The side cover 50 is detachably coupled to the upper frame 10 to cover the roller unit 40 exposed on the side surface of the upper frame 10. The side cover 50 may be formed as a simple frame like the upper frame 10 and may include a second hook engagement portion 51 whose one end portion is bent in a ring shape. The second hook engaging portion 51 can be detachably coupled to the first hook engaging portion 14 so as to cover the roller unit 40 and the damper 80 exposed on the side surface of the upper frame 10. [ have. That is, the side cover 50 can open and close the opening portion 12. By opening and closing the opening portion 12, the roller unit 40, the damper 80, The occurrence of the link can be reduced and the installation of the sliding door 1 can be facilitated.

A side frame 70 serving as a cover and a lid unit 15 may be coupled to one side of the upper and lower frames 10 and 20 coupled to the upper and lower portions of the door unit 30. The side frame 70 and the lid portion 15 are made of the same material as the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 20 and are made of a skeleton to simply open and close the side portion of the door portion 30, Omit it.

Referring to FIG. 5, a roller unit 40 and a damper 80 are disposed at the upper end of the door unit 30. The damper 80 and the damper link 81 coupled to or separated from one end of the damper 80 buffer the door 30 and can be fixedly disposed at least on the upper end of the door 30. The damper 80 can prevent shock absorption, noise, and the like through the shock absorber when the door portion 30 is closed. When the door portion 30 is firmly opened or closed, the speed of the door portion 30 Can be adjusted. A detailed description thereof will be omitted.

Hereinafter, with reference to Fig. 6, the roller unit which can be adjusted up and down will be described in detail.

도 6은 도 4의 롤러유닛의 설치 구조를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.Fig. 6 is a view for explaining an installation structure of the roller unit of Fig. 4;

Referring to FIG. 6, the adjustment screw 44 is adjusted to adjust the rotation angle of the roller unit 40. 6, the other end of the adjusting screw 44 may be rotated in the left / right direction to adjust the rotation angle of the roller unit 40 with respect to the rotation support point. In other words, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated in a certain direction, the adjusting screw is tightened or loosened by the engaging portion 411, and the turning angle of the roller portion 42 is changed. Thus, the roller unit 42 can be brought into close contact with or spaced from the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 by adjusting the rotation angle of the roller unit 40.

In this specification, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated clockwise, it means that the adjusting screw 44 is screwed to the engaging portion 411 and is tightened. When the adjusting screw 44 is turned counterclockwise, 44 are released from the engaging portion 411 and loosened.

Specifically, by rotating the other end of the adjusting screw 44 in one direction, the bracket 41 can be moved to the left and right in the drawing. For example, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the bracket 41 is disengaged from the adjusting screw 44 and the bracket 41 can be moved to the inside of the door portion 30. [ When the bracket 41 is disengaged from the adjusting screw 44, the roller portion 42 is pivoted by the upper rail 11 and is disposed in close contact with each other. That is, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction, the bracket 41 moves to the inside of the door unit 30 and the roller unit 42 rotates upward, and when the roller unit 40 rotates The leaf spring 43 disposed at the lower portion of the bracket 41 changes as shown by the dotted line.

On the contrary, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated clockwise, the adjusting screw 44 is screwed to the engaging portion 411, and the adjusting screw 44 is fastened to the engaging portion 411. Accordingly, the bracket 41 can move to the outer edge of the door portion 30 in the drawing. The roller portion 42 can be separated from the upper rail 11 while the bracket 41 is engaged with the adjusting screw 44. [ That is, when the adjusting screw 44 is rotated in the clockwise direction, the roller portion 42 rotates to the lower portion of the door portion 30 and gradually descends, as shown by the solid line in FIG. Further, the elastic force applied by the roller portion 42 to the upper rail 11 is further reduced. In this way, depending on the direction in which the adjusting screw 44 is rotated, the roller portion 42 can be more closely disposed by adjusting the elastic force applied to the upper rail 11 or the lower rail 21. [ The door unit 30 is disposed in close contact with the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 20 while the roller unit 40 is rotated with respect to the rotation support point as the adjustment screw 44 is rotated, The upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 can be prevented from being separated from the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21, respectively.

Hereinafter, with reference to Figs. 7 and 8, a detailed description will be given of a diagram for adjusting the door unit by adjusting the roller unit. 7 and 8 are views showing a state in which the door unit is adjusted by adjusting the roller unit.

7 and 8, a pair of roller units 40 are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the door unit 30. As shown in FIG. Assuming that the length y from the upper rail 11 to the lower rail 21 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 is the same and the size of the door portion 30 is also formed, the roller unit 40 is adjusted The state in which the door portion 30 is adjusted will be described. The door portion 30 of Fig. 7 shows a diagram further closer to the lower rail 20 than the Fig. 8 and arranged further apart from the upper rail 10. Fig. That is, the adjustment screw 44 of the roller unit 40 provided at the upper portion and the lower portion of the door portion 30 may be adjusted so that the distance at which the roller portion 42 contacts the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21, Adhesion and the like can be controlled.

More specifically, FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate sliding doors having different heights of the door portions 30. 7 and 8, distances from the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the door portion 30 to the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 are set to be different from each other.

7 shows a state in which the door part 30 is set at a low level and the distance x 1 from the upper rail 11 to the upper end of the door part 30 is a distance from the lower rail 21 to the lower end of the door part 30 x < 2 & gt ;. In this case, the adjustment screw of the roller unit 40 at the lower end is loosened, and the adjustment screw 44 of the roller unit 40 at the upper end is further tightened.

8 shows a state in which the door part 30 is set to a high level and the distance x 1 ' from the upper rail 11 to the upper end of the door part 30 is smaller than the distance from the lower rail 21 to the door part 30 X 2 ' , which is the distance from the lower end of the second lens group G1 to the lower end of the second lens group G2. In this case, the adjusting screw 44 of the roller unit 40 at the lower end can be further tightened and the adjusting screw 44 of the roller unit 40 at the upper end can be loosened. In this way, the height of the roller unit 40 can be adjusted according to which direction the adjusting screw 44 disposed at the upper and lower ends of the door unit 30 is rotated, and the height of the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 ) To adjust the adhesion force. 7 and 8, the adjustment screws 44 can be adjusted to closely contact the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21, and the door 30 can be smoothly slidably moved It can also be adjusted. That is, the elastic force applied to the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 is controlled so that the door 30 can slide smoothly without separating from the upper rail 11 and the lower rail 21 Can be adjusted.
