Description

차량 후미 안전표시등{SAFETY SIGN LAMP FOR VEHICLE}{SAFETY SIGN LAMP FOR VEHICLE}

The present invention relates to a vehicle rear safe indicator,

In more detail, since the GPS position locator is structured so as to be seated inside the housing and covered with the cover after molding, the driver or general user of the vehicle can not directly turn on / off the power by hand, It can supply power to its own solar power and its own generator so that it can be automatically rebooted by a microcontroller unit (MCU) circuit chip. It is independent of the in-vehicle power supply and has a self-sustained power supply. The present invention relates to a safety indicator for a vehicle, which is easy to install and ensures continuity of operation, thereby improving user convenience and improving traffic safety.

Generally, the vehicle is provided with various indicators that are legally enforced, such as front headlights, fog lights, and rear tail lights. In recent years, besides these legally enforced indicators, attempts have been made to increase the variety of appearance, user friendliness, and even traffic safety by adding auxiliary safety indicators.

For example, the safety indicator disclosed in Korean Utility Model Registration No. 20-0200203 (Oct. 16, 2000) is installed in the inside and outside of the inside of the vehicle so that the rear vehicle running at the rear in the night time can be effectively And an auxiliary safety indicator is provided for assuring safe driving by informing the driver of the safety indicator. These auxiliary safety indicators are powered from the vehicle's power storage capacitors and, at the same time, are operatively associated with other devices in the vehicle.

However, since such conventional safety lights share power within the vehicle, they have a limitation that they can be operated only while the vehicle is in operation or the start-up is on. For this reason, when a large vehicle such as a trailer or a truck is stopped in a state in which the vehicle is turned off at the shoulder of a highway, the installed safety indicator does not operate, so that the safety effect can not be expected. Further, when such a conventional safety indicator using the in-vehicle power source is applied to the outside of the vehicle, there is a problem that cable connection work between the in-vehicle power source and the safety indicator outside the vehicle is difficult and complicated.

In addition, in the vehicle emergency braking or collision warning device and the system using the same, disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 10-2014-0137896 (published on Dec. 13, 2014), solar energy is collected into a solar cell and supplied to a secondary battery. The secondary battery stores electric energy. The small wind turbine is a wind turbine having a size enough to be installed in a vehicle equipped with a warning device. The electric energy generated by the small wind turbine is provided as a thyristor of the power control unit. The electric energy stored in the rechargeable battery is supplied or blocked by the relay. The relay is controlled by the MCU, and the MCU can transmit the position information received by the GPS to the external server through the communication unit.

However, in the conventional GPS receiver, the GPS receiver is connected to the vehicle power supply to supply power only while the vehicle is in operation, and when the vehicle is not in operation, the GPS receiver can not receive the power supply There is a problem that it causes discomfort to the user due to the complicated wires when connecting directly to the vehicle battery, causing the battery discharge of the vehicle at the time of parking for a long period of time. There is a problem that can not be done.

On the other hand, in order to prevent collision, ordinary vehicles attach a reflex reflection paper to the rear of the vehicle to prevent the collision by checking the position of the vehicle due to the reflection of light. However, this is applied only to the vehicle having the headlamp device. There is a problem of a large accident leading to human accidents due to a collision because it is difficult to identify the location of the vehicle to a driver who has a weak headlight such as a bicycle or a motorcycle.

한국 등록실용신안 등록번호 20-0200203호 (2000년10월16일 공고)Korean Registered Utility Model Registration No. 20-0200203 (Notice of October 16, 2000) 한국 공개특허 공개번호 10-2014-0137896호(2014.12.03. 공개)Korean Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-2014-0137896 (Dec. 3, 2014)

In order to solve the conventional problems, the present invention provides a structure in which a solar photovoltaic panel (solar module), a self-generator, a GPS position tracker, a transmitter of a rear camera lens, an LED light emitting device and a battery are seated and integrated into a housing And it is an object of the present invention to provide a safety indicator for a vehicle which can be installed easily, ensures continuity of operation, improves user convenience, and improves traffic safety.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of controlling an electric current generated by a photovoltaic panel and a self-generator without a power source from an external source by using a capacitor and storing the stored electric current using a GPS position tracker (or a transmitter of a rear camera lens) The present invention provides a vehicle rear-view safety indicator for detecting a vehicle position, emitting light during a night driving or parking, and detecting a vehicle position to prevent a collision of the vehicle in advance.

Another object of the present invention is to prevent the discharge of the battery by automatically shutting off the power of the GPS position tracker (or the transmitter of the rear camera lens) and the LED light emitting device when the battery is low voltage because the MCU (Micro Controller Unit) And after the charging, the GPS position tracker (or the transmitter of the rear camera lens) is automatically rebooted.

According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a safety indicator mounted on an outer surface of a rear portion of a vehicle, the safety indicator comprising: a housing having a bottom surface attached to an outer surface of the rear portion of the vehicle; An MCU for controlling the operation of the LED light emitting device based on a sensing signal of the sensor; a battery for supplying power to each part; A solar module installed in the housing to generate battery energy by supplying wind energy to the battery and supplying the battery energy to the battery; And a GPS (Global Positioning System) locator (or a transmitter of a rear camera lens) that continuously transmits to the outside .

The generator includes a wind guide installed inside the housing for efficiently introducing the wind introduced into the housing, and a vane wheel rotated by the wind introduced through the wind guide.

A sun module is provided on the upper surface of the housing and a sun module support for stably supporting the solar module is provided at a lower end of the solar module, And a transparent PC cover for emitting light incident through the upper surface.

In one embodiment, the MCU stops the power supply operation of the capacitor when the output voltage of the capacitor falls below a predetermined threshold, and when the output voltage of the capacitor exceeds the predetermined threshold, To control the GPS location tracker to reboot.

In an exemplary embodiment, the adhesive layer and the back sheet may be sequentially provided on the outer surface of the housing so that the user removes the back sheet and presses the adhesive layer against a predetermined position on the rear surface of the vehicle.

The present invention not only includes an independent self-capacitor power source but also includes a solar cell and a generator so that the capacitor power can be continuously self-charged, so that semi-permanent continuous operation is possible without periodic capacitor replacement.

Further, the present invention includes not only an LED light emitting device for display which operates independently from a power source but also a light amount detecting sensor and a reflecting paper for reflecting light incident from the outside, The LED is automatically turned on only when it is dark as shown in the figure and the LED is automatically turned off during the day when the sunlight is strong. Therefore, visibility is high even when the LED turns off while the power is saved, There is a high surname.

In addition, the present invention includes a Global Positioning System (GPS) position tracker (or a transmitter of a rear camera lens) that has an LED for display that operates independently of a power source and continuously transmits position information of the vehicle to the outside , Allowing the vehicle position tracking function to be continuously used regardless of whether the vehicle is turned on or off.

Also, according to the present invention, when the MCU such as a microcontrol unit (MCU) chip controls the power supply operation of the capacitor to be stopped, for example, when the output voltage of the capacitor is less than a predetermined threshold value (e.g., DC 3.40 V) By preventing the discharge, it is possible to protect the life of the capacitor from being shortened.

Further, according to the present invention, when the capacitor whose power supply operation is stopped is charged by, for example, a solar cell or other means, its output voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold value (for example, DC 3.40 V) Such that the GPS location tracker (or the transmitter of the rear camera lens) can be automatically rebooted without the need for a separate user, such as a power switch operation, by controlling the power supply operation of the capacitor to be initiated by the MCU.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a rear vehicle safety indicator according to the present invention.

1, an exemplary vehicle rear safety indicator 100 includes a circuit board 40 on which an MCU 10, a LED light emitting device 20 and a sensor 30 are mounted, a GPS position tracker 50, A solar module 60, a generator 70, a capacitor 80, and a housing 90.

Which is not shown in place of the GPS position tracker 50 but can be implemented by a transmitter of a rear camera lens.

The structure of the housing 90 will be further described with reference to Figs. 2 to 4. Fig.

The capacitor 80 is a power supply for supplying power to each part. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the capacitor 80 may be a battery that can be charged by an external power source. In particular, in the illustrated embodiment, the capacitor 80 can be charged by the solar module 60 and the generator 70, respectively.

The LED light emitting device 20 fixed to the circuit board 40 receives power from the capacitor 80 and emits light when turned on to emit light to the outside of the housing 90.

The turn-on and turn-off operations of the LED light emitting device 20 can be controlled by the MCU 10 fixed on the circuit board 40. The MCU 10 may include devices such as, for example, a micro control unit (MCU), EPROM, EEPROM, and the like. The MCU 10 can maintain the LED light emitting device 20 in a turned off state during the daylight hours and the LED light emitting device 20 in a turned-on state in a tunnel or in a dark nighttime. The sensor 30 can provide brightness information of the surrounding environment for controlling the LED light emitting device 20 of the MCU 10 by sensing the amount of light outside the housing 90. [

As described above, according to the present invention, since the LED light emitting device 20 of the rear safety indicator 100 is automatically controlled by the MCU 10 according to the light amount of the surrounding environment without requiring the user to operate it, An indicator may be provided.

The solar module 60 converts incident sunlight into electrical energy and the converted electrical energy is used to charge the capacitor 80 or when the remaining charge of the capacitor 80 is too low, (30) or the like.

In addition, the generator 70 is installed inside the housing 90, generates energy of the battery by the wind to be supplied to the battery 80, and charges the battery.

Accordingly, it is unnecessary to periodically replace the battery 80 of the rear vehicle safety indicator 100 according to the present invention or to continuously charge the battery module 100 by the solar module 20 or the generator 70 while the vehicle is traveling, It is possible to provide the vehicle rear safe indicator 100 which can be permanently operated.

On the other hand, the GPS position tracker 50 is a device that operates by the capacitor 80 to continuously transmit position information to the outside. When the vehicle rear safe indicator 100 is attached to the vehicle, the GPS position tracker 50 can be used to track the position of the vehicle. Since this GPS location tracker 50 is operated by a capacitor 80, which is a proprietary power supply that is not directly related to the vehicle, it can operate regardless of whether the vehicle is turned on or off, So that the vehicle position tracking can be performed seamlessly when the vehicle is used in a vehicle requiring the vehicle position tracking function.

Further, according to the present invention, the MCU 10 may include a micro control unit (MCU) chip, for example, when the output voltage of the capacitor 80 is lower than a predetermined threshold value (for example, DC 3.40 V) To automatically shut off the power supply operation of the capacitor 80 to the GPS location tracker 50, for example. This blocking operation can protect the capacitor from shortening the life of the capacitor by preventing the full discharge of the capacitor.

When the capacitor 80 is charged by a means such as the solar module 60 or the generator 70 so that its output voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold value (for example, DC 3.40 V), the MCU 10 outputs the GPS position It is possible to control the power supply operation of the capacitor 80 to the tracker 50 to be started. Accordingly, the GPS position tracker 50 can be automatically rebooted without any user intervention such as a power switch operation.

FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing a rear view safety indicator according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a plan view illustrating a rear view safety indicator according to the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 8 is a side view showing an example of a side configuration for showing a rear safety indicator of a vehicle.

Referring to the drawings, an exemplary vehicle rear safety indicator 100 includes a circuit board 10 having a MCU 10, an LED light emitting device 20 and a sensor 30 in a housing 90, (Not shown), a solar module 60, a generator 70, and a capacitor 80 are incorporated in the image pickup apparatus 100. [

The generator 70 includes a wind guide 71 for efficiently introducing the wind introduced into the housing 90 and a vane 72 rotated by the wind introduced through the wind guide 71. [ .

That is, there are four wind guides 71, which are arranged in a curved shape on one side and in a linear shape on the other side so as to be positioned vertically and horizontally from the inside of a straight line, The wind passing through the passages between the guides 71 flows into the housing 90 along the curved surface and the velocity becomes faster as the passages become narrower. The wind that flows through the passages at high speed collides with the vanes 72, .

Thus, the vane 72 is positioned on the inner side of the wind guide 71, that is, on the central axis of the housing 90, and the vane 72 is rotated to generate electric energy.

A magnet (not shown) is fixed to a rotary shaft (not shown) connected to the center axis of the vane 72. The magnet is connected to a generator 70 The generator 70 includes a stator (not shown), and the coil wound around the stator generates electric energy by rotation of the magnet. The electric energy generated in the generator 70 The MCU 10 is charged with the electric energy input from the MCU 10 into the capacitor 80 and the LED of the LED light emitting device 20 emits light by the electric energy thus charged.

The solar module 60 is mounted on the upper surface of the housing 90 as a sun module base 61 and a polycarbonate cover 62. The sun module 60, A solar module support 61 is provided at the lower end of the solar module 60 and light emitted from the LED light emitting device 20 and light incident through the upper surface are provided on the upper side of the solar module 60, And a polycarbonate cover 62 that is transparent so as to be radiated through the surface of the PC cover 62. The PC cover 62 may be provided with a yellow reflecting sheet for transmitting illumination.

As shown in FIG. 4, the housing 90 is thicker on one side and less thick on the other side, resulting in a positional relationship that is not parallel but has a certain angle (a). According to the invention, the angle a may be between 10 and 20 degrees.

This is so that when the base plate 91 of the housing 90 is attached to the vertical outer surface of the rear portion of the vehicle, the upper surface is inclined upward from the vertical plane. Accordingly, the amount of sunlight incident on the solar module 20 to receive sunlight through the upper surface can be increased in comparison with that in the vertical plane, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the solar module 20.

FIG. 5 is an exemplary view showing daytime and nighttime according to a vehicle rear safety indicator according to the present invention. FIG.

5 (a) shows a state in which the LED light emitting device 20 is turned off during the day, the surrounding light is reflected by the generally yellow light reflecting surface in the light emitting area 10a, . 5B shows that the light of the LED light emitting device is reflected by the light reflecting sheet in the light emitting area 10a in the LED lighting device 20 at night while the bright yellow light is emitted .

FIG. 6 is an exemplary view showing a state in which a rear-view safety indicator according to the present invention is installed at the rear of a vehicle.

Thus, an example in which the vehicle rear safety indicator 100 is attached to the rear surface of the trailer is shown.

According to the present invention, the vehicle rear safety indicator 100 can be easily installed at a desired position using an adhesive tape or an adhesive. To this end, the adhesive layer and the back sheet are sequentially provided on the outer surface of the base plate 91 of the housing 90 so that the user can remove the back sheet and press the exposed adhesive layer against a predetermined position on the rear surface of the vehicle. The rear-view safety indicator of this configuration can be easily attached to the rear of a trailer or lorry truck.

Lastly, the vehicle rear safety indicator 100 according to the present invention is configured such that the LED light emitting device 20 is automatically turned on or off according to ambient brightness, and the voltage of the battery 80 is lower than 3.40 V The battery can be automatically shut off to prevent the discharge of the battery, and at the same time, the life of the battery can be maintained for a long time.

Also, after the battery 90 is charged, the GPS position tracker 50 automatically reboots to transmit the radio wave.

That is, the conventional GPS position tracker is a method in which a driver or a user manually turns on or off the power for use as a vehicle power source. However, the GPS position tracker 50 according to the present invention is mounted in the housing 90 Since the structure is assembled with the cover, the driver or the user can not perform the operation of manually turning on or off the power, and the MCU circuit chip automatically reboots.

In order to maximize the efficiency of charging by sunlight, the solar module 60 is attached at an inclination of 10 to 20 degrees or more. Since the housing 90 is provided with a yellow reflective sheet for transmitting illumination, And it induces the driver's gaze to be safely guided, and it is easy to identify the light emitting vehicle position at the time of the night stop.

An adhesive pad is attached to the bottom plate 91 of the housing 90 and a releasing paper is attached to the opposite surface of the housing 90 so that the user can easily attach the releasing paper to the rear of the vehicle after removing the releasing paper.

The backlight safety indicator 100 according to the present invention is designed to emit a yellow LED so that the LED is automatically emitted when passing through a smog area due to pollution in a fog area, a tunnel, or dust,
