Claims (3)
- 냉매라인(L1)을 통해 제공된 액상의 냉매가 냉매증기로 기화되어 냉수라인(L7)의 냉수를 냉각시키는 증발기(121);
상기 냉매증기가 농용액라인(L4)을 통해 제공된 농용액에 흡수되어 희용액이 생성되는 흡수기(122);
희용액라인(L2)을 통해 상기 흡수기(122)로부터 제공된 희용액이 온수라인(L6)에 의해 가열되어 중간액이 생성되는 제1재생기(111);
중간액라인(L3)을 통해 상기 제1재생기(111)로부터 제공된 중간액이 상기 온수라인(L6)에 의해 가열되어 농용액이 생성되는 제2재생기(131);
상기 제2재생기(131)에서 분리된 냉매증기가 보조농용액라인(L10)을 통해 제공된 보조농용액에 흡수되어 보조희용액이 생성되는 보조흡수기(132);
보조희용액라인(L9)을 통해 상기 보조흡수기(132)로부터 제공된 보조희용액이 상기 온수라인(L6)에 의해 가열되어 보조농용액이 생성되는 보조재생기(112); 및
상기 제1재생기(111) 및 상기 보조재생기(112)에서 분리된 냉매증기가 냉각수라인(L5)에 의해 액상의 냉매로 응축되는 응축기(113);를 포함하되,
상기 보조희용액라인(L9)에 설치된 보조희용액펌프(P6) 및 상기 보조농용액라인(L4)에 설치된 보조농용액펌프(P7)는, 상기 온수라인(L6)의 온수입구(L6') 부위에 설치된 온수제어밸브(V1)의 개도가 기 설정된 제1개도(op1) 이하로 작아지면, 가동 정지되고,
상기 냉매펌프(P1)는, 상기 보조희용액펌프(P6) 및 상기 보조농용액펌프(P7)가 가동 정지된 상태에서 상기 냉수라인(L7)의 냉수출구(L7") 부위에 설치된 냉수온도센서(S1)의 온도가 기 설정된 제1온도(t1) 이하로 작아지면, 가동 정지되며,
상기 희용액라인(L2)에 설치된 희용액펌프(P3), 상기 중간액라인(L3)에 설치된 중간액펌프(P4) 및 상기 농용액라인(L4)에 설치된 농용액펌프(P5)는, 상기 냉수온도센서(S1)의 온도가 상기 제1온도(t1) 이하로 유지되는 시간이 기 설정된 제1시간(pd1) 이상이 되면, 가동 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온수 2단 흡수식 냉동기의 저부하 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 냉각수라인(L5)에 설치된 냉각수펌프(P2) 및 상기 냉각수라인(L5)으로 냉각수를 공급하는 냉각팬은, 상기 냉수온도센서(S1)의 온도가 상기 제1온도(t1) 이하로 유지되는 시간이 상기 제1시간(pd1) 이상이 되면, 가동 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온수 2단 흡수식 냉동기의 저부하 제어시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 보조희용액펌프(P6) 및 상기 보조농용액펌프(P7)는, 상기 온수제어밸브(V1)의 개도가 기 설정된 제2개도(op2) 이상으로 커지면, 재가동되되, 상기 제2개도(op2)는 상기 제1개도(op1)보다 소정 정도 크게 설정되고,
상기 냉매펌프(P1), 상기 희용액펌프(P3), 상기 중간액펌프(P4) 및 상기 농용액펌프(P5)는, 상기 냉수온도센서(S1)의 온도가 기 설정된 제2온도(t2) 이상으로 커지면, 재가동되되, 상기 제2온도(t2)는 상기 제1온도(t1)보다 소정 정도 크게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저온수 2단 흡수식 냉동기의 저부하 제어시스템.
