Abstract

본 발명은 출력에 포함되는 교류 신호를 제거하여 출력의 정확도를 향상시키는 것이 가능한 주파수 변조를 이용한 인덕턴스방식의 변위센서를 제공한다
본 발명의 주파수 변조를 이용한 인덕턴스방식의 변위센서는 각각 설정된 주파수로 발진하여 전원을 인가하는 제1발진기 및 제2발진기와, 제1발진기에 연결되어 전원 공급에 따라 인덕턴스를 발생시키는 제1여자코일과, 제1여자코일에 대응하여 설치되는 커플러와, 제2발진기에 연결되어 전원 공급에 따라 인덕턴스를 발생시키는 제2여자코일과, 제1여자코일의 주파수와 제2여자코일의 주파수를 비교하는 주파수 비교기와, 주파수 비교기의 출력단에 연결되어 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 제1컨버터와, 제1컨버터에 연결되는 제1위상동기회로와, 제1위상동기회로의 출력단에 연결되어 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 제2컨버터와, 제2컨버터에 연결되는 제2위상동기회로를 포함한다.
