Claims (4)
- 코크스 오븐 가스가 통과하는 상승관;
상기 상승관 내에 구비되어 내부를 통과하는 상기 코크스 오븐 가스의 현열과 열교환을 하는 열 회수 매체가 충전된 열 교환기; 및
상기 열 교환기의 열 회수 매체에 전달된 열을 이용하여 발전하는, 저온 영역부 및 고온 영역부를 구비하는 스터링 엔진을 포함하며,
상기 스터링 엔진의 고온 영역부에 상기 열 교환기의 유로가 연계되어 상기 열 교환기 내에 충전된 열 회수 매체가 상기 고온 영역부로 직접 공급되도록 구성된 코크스 오븐 가스의 현열을 이용한 발전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열 회수 매체는,
수소 가스를 포함하는 코크스 오븐 가스의 현열을 이용한 발전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스터링 엔진은,
상기 저온 영역부와 상기 고온 영역부 사이에 구비되어 상기 고온 영역부에서 상기 저온 영역부로 이동하는 가스의 열을 흡수하며, 상기 저온 영역부에서 상기 고온 영역부로 이동하는 가스에 열을 공급하는 재생기를 더 포함하며,
상기 재생기의 재질은, 흑연을 포함하는 코크스 오븐 가스의 현열을 이용한 발전 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스터링 엔진은,
원통 형상의 케이스;
상기 케이스의 내에서 왕복 운동하는 디스플레이서;
상기 케이스 내에서 상기 디스플레이서 일측에 배치되어 왕복 운동하는 구동 피스톤;
상기 디스플레이서에 일단이 연결되며, 타단은 회전체에 연결된 제1 커넥팅 로드;
상기 구동 피스톤에 일단이 연결되며, 타단은 상기 회전체에 연결된 제2 커넥팅 로드; 및
상기 디스플레이서와 상기 케이스의 일단부 사이의 고온 영역부와 상기 디스플레이서와 상기 구동 피스톤 사이의 저온 영역부 사이를 연결하는 가스 유로를 더 포함하는 코크스 오븐 가스의 현열을 이용한 발전 장치.
