Claims (5)
- 외기 일체형 항온항습시스템이 있어서, 상기 외기를 유입하기 위한 외기 유입구(11a)가 일측에 구비되고, 현열교환기 내부에는 필름히터(12a)가 코팅된 열교환 소자(12)가 형성되며, 타측에는 냉매가스를 이용한 난방용 온수코일(300)이 형성되고, 상기 난방용 온수 코일 (300) 내측에는 냉매증발기(21)를 구비하며 가습 수 열교환기(36)를 가습 수통에 삽입하여 가습수 펌프모터(34)로 가습노즐(14)에 고압분사시키는 장치를 일체형으로 포함하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버섯재배사의 환기 및 냉난방 가습 항온항습시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서 냉매증발기(21)와 판형 열교환기(30)에서 압축기(37)로 흡입되는 냉매가스는 12℃이상에 기체 냉매로 회수하도록 냉매 증발 유도장치(200)를 경유 하게되며 증발 유도 장치 진공 공간(25)에 메탄올과 증류수가 혼합 된 증발유도액(24)을 봉입하여 최소 열량에 메탄올 가열용 히터(27)로 메탄올과 증류수가 혼합 된 증발유도액(24)을 가온하는 냉매증발 유도장치(200)를 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 재배사 항온항습 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서 기 재배사에 습도 저하에 의한 가습이 필요시에는 압축기(37)에서 토출한 냉매가스가 응축기(31)를 경유하지 않고 전자밸브(38a)에 개폐동작으로 가습 수 열교환기(38)로 공급되어 가습 수를 가온하며 가습수 펌프모터(34)로 토출 공급하여 냉매증발기(14) 내에 있는 고압 가습 노즐(14)에 공급 하는것을 일체형으로 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 재배사 항온항습 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서 현열교환기(100) 내부 열교환 소자(12)에 필름히터(12a)가 부착되어 별도에 외기보상용 히터를 장착하지 않고 외기보상을 것을 특징으로하는 일체형 재배사 항온항습시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서 현열교환기(100)와 난방용 온수코일(300), 냉매증발기(21), 가습 노즐(14)을 일체형으로 하는 특징으로 하는 일체형 재배사 항온항습시스템.
