Claims (3)
- 발포스티로폼을 가열된 열선에 의해 절단·조각하는 절단기에 있어서,
상기 절단기는,
사용자가 파지하고 작업하게 되는 손잡이;
일단(一端)이 상기 손잡이에 각각 장착된 상태로 손잡이 외부로 돌출되어 전체적인 형상이 'ㄷ' 형태를 이루도록 설치되는 제1 및 제2열선고정틀;
상기 제1 및 제2열선고정틀의 외부로 노출된 각 단부(端部) 사이를 연결하면서 고정되어, 공급된 전류에 의해 열을 발생하게 되는 열선;
을 구비하여 구성되며,
상기 손잡이에는,
제어회로가 실장된 PCB 기판;
상기 PCB 기판에 고정 설치되고, 단부(端部)가 손잡이 외부로 노출된 전원공급 스위치;
상기 PCB 기판에 고정 설치되고, 조절노브(knob)가 손잡이의 측면에 노출되어, 작업할 재료의 경도 및 작업의 종류에 따라 절단기에 공급되는 전류의 세기를 3단으로 조절할 수 있도록 된 슬라이드 스위치;
상기 PCB 기판에 고정 설치되는 전원공급포트;
를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선의 온도조절이 가능한 발포스티로폼 절단기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전원공급 스위치는, 사용자가 손잡이를 파지했을 때 전류를 공급하도록 접점을 연결시켰다가 손잡이를 놓는 순간 스프링의 탄력에 의해 접점을 분리시켜 전류 공급이 차단되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열선의 온도조절이 가능한 발포스티로폼 절단기.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 절단기는, 작업시 절단기를 고정시켜 놓고 작업할 수 있는 테이블 형상의 거치대를 더 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열선의 온도조절이 가능한 발포스티로폼 절단기.
