본 발명은 컨베이어 구조물과 컨베이어 구조물상에 배치되는 컨베이어 벨트 및 상기 컨베이어 구조물 하단에서 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 칩제거수단을 포함하며, 컨베이어 칩을 제거하는 효과가 있다.

컨베이어 칩 제거장치{APPARATUS FOR REMOVING CONVEYOR'S CHIP }
본 발명은 컨베이어 칩 제거장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 컨베이어 칩이 축적되어 컨베이어의 오작동이 있다.
컨베이어에 칩이 누적되는 방지한다.
본 과제를 해결하기 위해 컨베이어 구조물과 컨베이어 구조물상에 배치되는 컨베이어 벨트 및 상기 컨베이어 구조물 하단에서 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 칩제거수단을 포함할 수 있다.
또한 칩 제거수단은 에어공급부 및 에어공급부와 연결되고, 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 분사부를 포함할 수 있다.
컨베이어에 칩 누적을 방지할 수 있다.

본 과제를 해결하기 위해 컨베이어 구조물과 컨베이어 구조물상에 배치되는 컨베이어 벨트 및 상기 컨베이어 구조물 하단에서 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 칩제거수단을 포함할 수 있다.
또한 칩 제거수단은 에어공급부 및 에어공급부와 연결되고, 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 분사부를 포함할 수 있다.

  1. 컨베이어 구조물;
    컨베이어 구조물상에 배치되는 컨베이어 벨트; 및
    상기 컨베이어 구조물 하단에서 상기 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 칩제거수단;
    을 포함하는 컨베이어 칩 제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    칩 제거수단은
    에어공급부; 및
    에어공급부와 연결되고, 컨베이어 벨트를 바라보며 배치되는 분사부;
    를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨베이어 칩 제거장치.
