- 질량 %로
C:0.010%이상 0.035%이하,
Si:0.10%이하,
Mn:0.35%이하,
P:0.035%이하,
S:0.020%이하,
N:0.010%이하,
Al:0.005%이상 0.030%이하 및
B:0.0001%이상 0.005%이하를 함유하고,
잔부가 Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 성분 조성을 갖고,
페라이트 평균 입경이 20㎛이하인 조직을 갖고,
하기 식(1)의 조건을 만족시키도록 BN과 AlN이 석출되어 있고,
왜곡역 5∼10%에 있어서의 n값이 0.15이상인 냉연강판;
0<[BN]/[AlN]≤0.5…(1)
여기서, [BN] 및 [AlN]은 각각 동일 단위로 나타낸 BN 및 AlN의 개수 밀도이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
판 폭 방향에 있어서의 단부, 1/4부 및 중앙부의 각 위치에서, 강판 표면으로부터의 깊이가 10㎛의 위치에 있어서의 판면{111}의 X선 랜덤 방위 강도비가 5.0이하인 냉연강판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성은,
Cu, Sn, Ni, Ca, Mg, Co, As, Cr, Mo, Sb, W, Ti, Nb, Pb, Ta, REM, V, Cs, Zr 및 Hf로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1이상을 합계 1질량%이하 더 함유하는 냉연강판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판의 표면에 형성된 도금 피막을 더 구비하는 냉연강판. - 냉연강판의 제조 방법으로서,
제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 기재된 성분 조성을 갖는 강 소재를 준비하고,
상기 강 소재에 대해, 마무리 압연 온도: 800℃이상 950℃이하의 조건에서의 마무리 압연을 포함하는 열간 압연을 실시하여 열연강판을 얻고,
상기 열연강판을 평균 냉각 속도: 30℃/s이상 110℃/s이하에서 수냉하고,
상기 수냉 후의 열연강판을 권취 온도: 600℃이상 780℃이하에서 권취하고,
상기 열연강판 표면의 스케일을 제거하고,
상기 스케일 제거 후의 열연강판을 50%이상의 압연율로 냉간압연하여 냉연강판을 얻고,
상기 냉연강판을 소둔 온도: 650℃이상의 조건에서 소둔하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 수냉은 상기 열간 압연의 종료로부터 0.5초 이상 3.0초 이내에 개시되는 냉연강판의 제조 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 마무리 압연에 앞서, 상기 강 소재를 시트 바 히터에 의해 가열하는 냉연강판의 제조 방법.
