Description
도 2는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너가 장착된 호퍼를 나타내는 측단면도.
도 3은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너가 장착된 호퍼를 나타내는 부분 상세 측단면도.
도 4a 내지 4c는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너를 호퍼에 장착시키는 과정을 나타내는 부분 상세 측단면도.
도 5, 6a, 6b, 6c는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 의한 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너의 강도를 시험한 결과를 나타내는 결과표.

Claims (5)
- 장입물이 낙하하는 슈트 또는 호퍼(10)의 내부면에 장착되는 라이너(20)에 있어서,
상기 라이너(20)는,
하이망간 강 재질로 구성되고, 복수 개의 절편으로 구성되어 슈트 또는 호퍼(10)의 내부면에 장착되도록 구성되며,
상기 라이너(20)에는 복수의 볼트홀(21)이 형성되고, 상기 볼트홀(21)에는 볼트(30)가 각각 체결되어 슈트 또는 호퍼(10)에 라이너(20)가 장착되도록 구성되며,
상기 볼트홀(21)에 내입체결된 상기 볼트(30)의 헤드부(31)의 상부에는 하이망간 강 재질의 용접물(40)로 용접되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 라이너(20)의 볼트홀(21)은,
라이너(20)의 두께에 대하여 하부에 형성되는 하부 볼트홀(21a);
상기 하부 볼트홀(21a)와 연통되며 하부 볼트홀(21a)의 상부에 형성되고, 상기 하부 볼트홀(21a)보다 더 큰 내경을 가져 볼트(30)의 헤드부(31)를 내입시키는 상부 볼트홀(21b);을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 볼트홀(21)은,
프레스를 이용하여 라이너(20)의 하부에서 상부 방향으로 하부 볼트홀(21a)이 먼저 형성되고, 프레스를 이용하여 라이너(20)의 상부에서 하부 방향으로 상부 볼트홀(21b)이 나중에 형성되는 순서로 라이너(20)에 형성되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 라이너(20)는,
탄소 1.000~1.200중량%, 망간 17.500~18.000중량%를 포함하여 구성되고, 나머지는 주철 및 공지의 조성물을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용접물(40)은,
탄소 0.750~0.950중량%, 망간 20.800~21.200중량%를 포함하여 구성되고, 나머지는 주철 및 공지의 조성물을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제철용 하이망간 강 라이너.
