도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재를 적용한 방탄 자켓의 일부 단면도이다.

도 4은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재의 제조방법의 플로우챠트이다.
111: 접착층
Claims (11)
- 강화 섬유로 형성된 섬유시트층 및 상기 섬유시트의 일면 또는 양면에 다공성 발포플라스틱층이 형성되고, 상기 섬유시트층 및 상기 다공성 발포플라스틱층이 교대로 2개이상 형성되어 있는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 섬유시트층과 상기 다공성 발포플라스틱층은 열융착에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 섬유시트의 일면 또는 양면에 접착층을 매개로 다공성 발포플라스틱층이 형성되고, 상기 섬유시트층 및 상기 다공성 발포플라스틱층이 교대로 2개이상 형성되어 있는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 청구항1에 있어서,
상기 섬유시트층과 상기 다공성 발포플라스틱층은 적층된 상태에서 재봉된 것을 특징으로 하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 섬유시트는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 아라미드 섬유 및 초고분자량 수지섬유 중 적어도 하나 이상 포함하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 발포플라스틱층은 발포성 폴리프로필렌(EPP), 발포성 폴리스틸렌(EPS) 또는 발포성 폴리에틸렌(EPE) 중에 선택되는 어느 하나로 형성되어 있는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재.
- 성형 몰드 내에 섬유시트와 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 적층하여 삽입하는 과정;
상기 적층된 섬유시트 및 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 가압하여 밀착시키는 과정; 및
상기 밀착된 섬유시트 및 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 가열하여 열융착시키는 과정을 포함하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 몰드는 고주파 몰드인 것을 특징으로 하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재의 제조방법
- 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 열융착시 온도는 80~150℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 충격흡수용 경량섬유복합재의 제조방법.
- 섬유시트와 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 적층하는 과정; 및
상기 적층된 섬유시트 및 다공성 발포 플라스틱 사이에 접착제를 도포한 후 밀착시키는 과정을 포함하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재의 제조방법.
- 섬유시트와 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 적층하는 과정; 및
상기 적층된 섬유시트 및 다공성 발포 플라스틱을 적층된 상태에서 재봉하여 밀착시키는 과정을 포함하는 충격흡수용 경량 섬유복합재의 제조방법.
