Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air cleaning unit, and more particularly, to an air cleaning unit having an automatic cleaning function of a prefilter.
Generally, the ventilator and the air cleaner function to improve indoor air quality by purifying air flowing into the room or flowing into the room.
Among these ventilation devices and air cleaners, products having a filter (for example, a pre-filter) for removing large dust in the air are widely used.
The prefilter is a member of a breathable mesh type and performs a function of filtering a relatively large dust in the passing air.
However, when the prefilter is used for a long time, the dust collected in the prefilter accumulates and the filtration performance is lowered. Thus, the prefilter requires a cleaning operation to remove the dust collected on the surface to recover the filtration performance.
However, the ventilator and the air purifier according to the related art have inconveniences of use in which the user needs to separate the prefilter from the main body of the apparatus, clean it, and then reattach it.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an air purifying unit having a function of automatically cleaning a filter inside a main body of an apparatus, which is intended to solve at least part of the problems of the related art as described above.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner comprising: a housing having an air inlet and an air outlet; a blowing fan provided inside the housing; The filter unit comprising: an upper winding roller; A lower winding roller provided below the upper winding roller; And a roll filter wound around the upper take-up roller and the lower take-up roller in the form of a belt and rotating and collecting dust in the air, wherein an inner brush for brushing the dust collected on the inner surface of the roll filter And an air-conditioning unit.
In one embodiment, the roll filter can be rotated so that the side on which the inner brush contacts is moved downward.
Further, in one embodiment, the inner brush may extend to both ends of the roll filter.
Further, in one embodiment, the inner brush may be inclined downwardly to one end of the roll filter so that the dust accumulated in the roll filter is brushed and then moved in one direction of the roll filter.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a dust tray may be provided below the roll filter, which can be drawn out of the housing and stores dust falling from one end of the inner brush.
Further, in one embodiment, the inner brush may include a brush bristle formed at an angle to the one end of the roll filter in the brush body.
Further, in one embodiment, the dust tray may be provided with an outer brush for brushing the outer surface of the roll filter.
Further, in one embodiment, the inner brush may be provided such that one end thereof is disposed close to the upper end of the lower take-up roller.
Further, in one embodiment, a support frame rotatably coupled to the rotary shaft of the lower take-up roller and supporting the inner brush may be provided.
Further, in one embodiment, the support frame transmits a part of the rotational force of the rotation shaft of the lower take-up roller to the inner brush through a frictional force with the rotation axis of the lower take-up roller, It is possible to pressurize.
To this end, in one embodiment, the support frame may be rotatably coupled to the rotary shaft of the lower take-up roller with a predetermined rotational friction force.
Meanwhile, in one embodiment, the filter unit is provided between the air suction unit and the blowing fan to remove dust in the air flowing into the blowing fan.
The filter unit may constitute a pre-filter for removing large particles of dust.
In addition, the air purifying unit according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an air purifying filter provided between the blowing fan and the filter unit and purifying air passing through the filter unit.
According to the embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration, the effect of automatically cleaning the rotatable filter inside the apparatus can be obtained.

The filter unit includes:
