The outer brush 160 is provided in the dust tray 150 and may brush the outer surface of the roll filter 136 according to the rotation of the roll filter 136.

The outer brush 160 is provided so as to abut the outer surface of the roll filter 136 when the dust tray 150 is lifted into the housing 110 so that the roll brush 136 is rotated by the roll filter 136, The dust collected on the outer surface of the roll filter 136 can be collected by brushing the surface of the filter 136.

At this time, the dust collected by the outer brush 160 can be dropped and stored in the dust tray 150.

The outer brush 160 may function to automatically clean the roll filter 136 in the housing 110 when the air purifier unit 100 operates according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The inner brush 170 is provided to brush the dust collected on the inner surface of the roll filter 136.

That is, when the roll filter 136 rotates, the outer brush 160 brushes the dust collected on the outer surface of the roll filter 136, and the inner brush 170 rotates the inner surface of the roll filter 136 So that the roll filter 136 can be both brushed on both sides.

In one embodiment, the inner brush 170 is formed of a bar shaped brush body 172 and a brush body 172 formed on the brush body 172 toward the inner surface of the roll filter 136 to brush the inner surface of the roll filter 136 And a plurality of brush bristles 174 which are connected to each other.

Further, in one embodiment, the roll filter 136 can be rotated such that the side on which the inner brush 170 is contacted is moved downward. As a result, the dust collected on the inner surface of the roll filter 136 can be collected at the upper end of the inner brush 170.

The inner brush 170 may be configured as a straight bar extending to both ends of the roll filter 136. Thereby, the entire inner surface of the roll filter 136 can be brushed as the roll filter 136 rotates.

Further, in one embodiment, the inner brush 170 may be inclined downwardly to one end of the roll filter 136 as shown in FIG. The dust accumulated on the upper end of the inner brush 170 is moved in the direction of one end of the roll filter 136 along the slope of the inner brush 170 through the structure of inclining the lower end of the roll filter 136 downward And may be discharged to the outside of the roll filter 136 at one end of the inner brush 170.

The dust accumulated on the upper end of the inner brush 170 through the rotation of the roll filter 136 is subjected to a continuous downward load by the frictional force of the roll filter 136. Therefore, A small amount of dust can be moved to one end of the roll filter 136 along the inclined direction of the inner brush 170.

At this time, the dust discharged from the one end of the inner brush 170 to the outside of the roll filter 136 may fall and be stored in the dust tray 150.

Further, in one embodiment, the brush bristles 174 of the inner brush 170 may be formed to be inclined in the direction of one end of the roll filter 136 in the brush body 172 as shown in Fig. Accordingly, the dust accumulated on the upper end of the brush bristles 174 can smoothly move in the direction of one end of the roll filter 136 along the inclined direction of the plurality of brush bristles 174.

In order to minimize the inflow of dust falling from one end of the inner brush 170 to the inside of the roll filter 136 from below the inner brush 170, the inner brush 170 has one end wound around the lower winding roller 134 In the present embodiment.

A support frame 180 may be provided inside the housing 110 to support the inner brush 170 so that the inner brush 170 is located inside the roll filter 136.

In one embodiment, the support frame 180 may be rotatably coupled to the rotation axis 135 of the lower take-up roller 134 and may extend upward to be coupled to the brush body of the inner brush 170.

The support frame 180 is rotatably coupled to the rotation shaft 135 of the lower take-up roller 134 so that the support frame 180 can maintain its position even when the rotation shaft 135 of the lower take-up roller 134 is rotated.

The supporting frame 180 rotates a part of the rotational force of the rotating shaft 135 of the lower winding roller 134 to the inner brush 170 through the frictional force of the lower winding roller 134 with the rotating shaft 135. [ So that the inner brush 170 can be pressed against the inner surface of the roll filter 136.

7, since the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 135 of the lower winding roller 134 is the same as the rotating direction of the roll filter 136, the rotation of the rotating shaft 135 of the lower winding roller 134 The support frame 180 receives a part of the rotational force of the rotation shaft 135 and tries to rotate in the same direction as the rotation shaft 135.

At this time, the inner brush 170 can be pressed to the inner surface of the roll filter 136 by the force that the support frame 180 is intended to rotate.

To this end, the support frame 180 is rotatably coupled to the rotary shaft 135 of the lower take-up roller 134, and can be coupled to generate a predetermined frictional force therebetween.

The inner brush 170 that receives the rotational force of the lower winding roller 134 can maintain the state of being in contact with the inner surface of the roll filter 136 and is pressed against the inner surface of the roll filter 136, (136) can be brushed, so that the brushing performance is improved.

Further, in one embodiment, the support frame 180 may include an inner brush 170 to prevent dust falling into the dust tray 150 from entering the inside of the roll filter 136 from one end of the inner brush 170 And may be configured in a plate shape covering one end of the roll filter 136 in a section between the lower winding rollers 134.

The air purifying unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention as described above uses a rotating roll filter 136 as a pre-filter that primarily removes dust, and the inner surface of the roll filter 136 The inner brush 170 and the outer brush 160 capable of brushing the outer surface have the advantage that the roll filter 136 can be automatically cleaned inside the housing 110. [

The air purifying unit 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include an inner brush 170 brushing the inner surface of the roll filter 136 so as to be inclined to one side, It is possible to automatically discharge the dust to the outside of the roll filter 136 without a separate discharge device.

While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to particular embodiments thereof, it is evident that many alternatives, modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the following claims I would like to make it clear.
