Claims (4)
- 관형으로 형성되는 관형몸체(11)와, 상기 관형몸체(11)의 상단 중앙에 하면이 평평하게 형성되는 평면부(12)와, 상기 관형몸체(11)의 내주면의 양 중앙 부위에서 그 하단까지 형성되고 하단으로 갈수록 점차 두꺼워지는 렌즈부(13)와, 상기 렌즈부(13)의 양 상단에 각각 형성되는 끼움턱(14)을 포함하며, 광투과성의 합성수지를 원통형으로 길게 압출 성형하여 형성되는 원통본체부(10)와;
상기 관형몸체(11)의 내주면의 상부측으로 밀착되게 구비되고, 상기 끼움턱(14)에 양단이 걸리며, 상기 평면부(12)에 대응하여 상단이 평평하고, 광반사 가능한 반사부재(20)와;
상기 반사부재(20)의 상단의 평평한 하면에 부착되고, 하면에 다수의 엘이디(31)가 설치되며, 긴 평판 형태로 형성되는 전원제어기판(30)과;
상기 관형몸체(11)의 양단에 대칭되게 끼워져 고정되고, 외측으로 한 쌍의 플러그(41)가 돌출되는 한 쌍의 플러그캡(40)을;
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 엘이디 램프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엘이디(31)는,
상기 관형몸체(11)의 내부 중심보다 상부측에 위치하고,
상기 엘이디(31)에서 상기 관형몸체(11)의 하단 외주면까지의 거리는,
상기 관형몸체(11)의 직경이 1일 때 적어도 0.6 이상이고 1보다 작은 비율이며,
상기 반사부재(20)는,
금속 광택을 가지는 금속 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 엘이디 램프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 원통본체부(10)는,
상기 관형몸체(11)의 상단 중앙에 형성되는 체결홈(15)을, 더 포함하고,
상기 플러그캡(40)은,
나사가 통과하여 상기 체결홈(15)에 체결될 수 있도록 상기 플러그캡(40)의 외면 상부측에 수평으로 관통되어 형성되는 체결공(42)을, 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 엘이디 램프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 관형몸체(11)는,
상하로 길게 형성되는 타원형의 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 엘이디 램프.
