Claims (7)
- 녹두유, 녹두피추출물, 대두유, 대두피추출물, 비파잎추출물, 프락토올리고당, 스테비오사이드 및 식염으로 구성된 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료
- 제1항에 있어서, 건강기능성 음료는 당류, 무기질류, 비타민류 및 유산균 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상이 추가되는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료
- 제1항에 있어서, 건강기능성 물질은 아로니아, 블루베리, 녹차, 인삼, 산삼, 매실, 참마, 버섯, 두릅, 도라지, 두충, 오가피, 복분자, 미나리 또는 알로에 군으로부터 선택된 어느하나 이상의 기능성 성분의 착즙액 또는 추출액을 추가로 포함하는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료
- 녹두와 대두를 침지한 후 각각 거피하는 1단계와, 거피한 녹두를 로스팅 시킨 후, 침지하여 습식분쇄하는 2단계와, 녹두액에서 녹두비지를 제거하고 녹두유를 얻는 3단계와, 거피한 녹두피를 로스팅한 후, 유기용매를 넣고 녹두피 추출물을 얻는 4단계와, 거피한 대두를 유동층로스터로 볶은 후, 습식분쇄하는 5단계와, 콩분쇄물로부터 두유액과 콩비지를 제거하고 두유를 얻는 6단계와, 대두피를 로스팅한 후, 대두피에 유기용매를 넣고 대두피 추출물을 얻는 7단계와, 비파잎을 유동층로스터로 볶은 후, 유기용매로 추출하는 8단계와, 녹두유와 녹두피 추출물 및 두유와 대두피 추출물 그리고 비파잎 추출물을 혼합하는 9단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파 잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료의 제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 녹두 및 대두의 로스팅은 각각 유동층 로스팅기로 200~300℃에서 60~180초 동안 로스팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파 잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료의 제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 녹두피, 대두피 및 비파잎은 각각 유동층로스팅기로 200~300℃에서 60~180초 동안 볶는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료의 제조방법
- 제4항에 있어서, 녹두피추출물, 대두피추출물 및 비파잎추출물을 활성탄으로 탈색 및 탈취시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스팅 녹두와 대두 및 비파잎을 포함하는 건강기능성 음료의 제조방법
