Claims (7)
- 금형 내 제품 조립장치를 사용하여 조립하는 금형 내 제품 조립 방법에 있어서,
금형 내 제품 조립 장치는 푸싱 부분과 조립 부분을 포함하고, 푸싱 부분은 푸시 블록(11), 푸시 스프링(10) 및 푸시 테이퍼드웨지(9)를 포함하며, 푸시 블록(11)은 푸시 스프링(10)과 결합되고, 푸시 테이퍼드웨지(9)는 푸시 블록(11) 상방에 설치되어 푸시 블록(11)과 쐐기형으로 결합되며, 푸시 테이퍼드웨지(9)는 상부 몰드베이스(7) 하방에 장착되고, 푸시 블록(11)과 푸시 스프링(10)은 하부 몰드베이스(2) 상방에 설치되며; 조립 부분은 조립 테이퍼드웨지(6), 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)와 조립 펀치핀(5)을 포함하고, 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)와 조립 펀치핀(5)은 쐐기형으로 결합되며, 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)와 조립 펀치핀(5)은 하부 몰드베이스(2) 내에 설치되고, 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)는 조립 펀치핀(5) 상방에 설치되며, 조립 테이퍼드웨지(6)는 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4) 상방에 설치되고, 조립 테이퍼드웨지(6)는 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)와 접촉 시 쐐기형으로 결합되며, 조립 테이퍼드웨지(6)는 상부 몰드베이스(7) 하방에 장착되고, 상부 몰드베이스(7) 하방에 블랭킹 펀치(8)가 장착되며;
상기 금형내 제품 조립 방법은
S1: 스탬핑 가공: 2개의 스트립형 반가공 제품에 대해 동시에 스탬핑 가공을 실시하는 단계;
S2: 급송: 가공된 부품을 반가공 제품과 함께 조립 장치 내로 전송하는 단계;
S3: 조립: 블랭킹, 위치결정(positioning) 및 압입 3단계를 포함하며, 금형 내 제품 조립 장치의 사용을 통해 부품을 함께 조립하는 단계;
S31: 블랭킹: 블랭킹 펀치를 통해 그 중 하나의 반가공 제품 상의 부품을 떼어내는 단계;
S32: 위치결정: 푸싱 부분을 사용하여 떼어낸 부품을 또 다른 반가공 제품 상의 부품 하방으로 밀어 이송하는 단계;
S33: 압입: 조립 부분을 사용하여 2개의 부품을 함께 조립하는 단계를 포함하는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 블랭킹은 스탬핑 가공과 동시에 진행되는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압입은 스탬핑 가공과 동시에 진행되는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 스탬핑 가공 완료 후 스탬핑 기구 귀환 행정으로 이동하는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
상기 위치결정은 스탬핑 기구의 귀환 행정과 동시에 진행되는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전동 테이퍼드웨지(4)에 테이퍼드웨지 복귀 스프링(3)이 결합되는, 금형 내 제품 조립 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 조립 펀치핀(5)에 펀치핀 복귀 스프링(1)이 결합되고, 펀치핀 복귀 스프링(1)은 조립 펀치핀(5) 하방에 장착되어 하부 몰드베이스(2) 내에 위치것을 특징으로 하는 금형 내 제품 조립 방법.
